With the time you've had to think things through, and the overwhelming support from your friends, you finally made up your mind about leaving Japan. You knew Kiyoko was right, the new environment would be good for you.

You stand with your luggage behind you and Yachi sniffling in your arms.

"I can't believe you! Who will wake me up with their snoring now? And what about the shopping trips!? The shopping trips Y/N, we can't shop together anymore!" She wails.

You look over at your two other friends for help, unsure of what to say. Saeko chuckles devilishly whilst Kiyoko only sighs.

You look back to the shorter girl in your arms. "Hitoka, I'll literally be texting you guys everyday. You'll be fine my love I promise."

She only cries harder. "But I'm gonna miss you."

You noticed the sad expressions on Saeko and Kiyoko's faces too, assuming they're holding it together for the youngest of you four.

You motion for them to join in on the hug, they waste no time in rushing over.

"Guys please, I swear I'll literally send voicenotes the minute I wake up so it's like I'm still there. And Hitoka, if you miss my snoring that much I'll send you videos of me snoring or something. Play those when you're missing me." You say with a teasing tone.

She giggles, tears still flowing from her soft eyes. "You say that jokingly but I'm serious about it."

"Y/N if you don't call us often I'll fly over and kill ya myself." Saeko adds, tears threatening to pour out. "And send us updates too!"

"Gosh, you guys act like I'm leaving forever."

Kiyoko looks away. "Take care of yourself, don't skip any meals."

You snort. "I'm gonna miss your nagging the most I think."

"Flight 471 to America will be taking off shortly."

"Tsk." You hear Saeko click her tongue. "Hurry up before you miss your flight, call us the second you land or I'll kill you! You hear me?!"

You bring them in for a hug one last time, nodding your head to signal yes.

"Don't die Y/N, I'll pray you don't crash!" Yachi wails.

"What the hell Hitoka don't say that!"

"Goodbye Y/N, take care." Kiyoko says, hands fidgeting. "We... love you." She hesitantly adds.

"W-What?!?" You hear Hitoka yell out surprised. Kiyoko never was one to say things like that.

You feel the tears escape the prison called your eyes as they run down your face.

"I love you all more! Take my kidneys!"

"Stop offering us your kidneys damn it!"

"I'll miss your dirty jokes Saeko! And Kiyoko I'll miss your motherly lectures! Hitoka I'll miss your weird case of fomo!" You yell, waving your hands madly with your eyes blurry from the tears, as you walk backwards to your exit.

If someone were to see the four of you, they'd assume you're going off into war or something with how you were crying. You give one final wave before getting in line to board the plane.

This was it, you're leaving Japan. Your home, your life, your friends, you're leaving everything and starting over. You felt scared, really scared. But you knew this new beginning would be good for you.

You finally board the plane and make your way to your seat. You sit there overwhelmed with nervous and anxious feelings. You've never lived alone before, it's going to be hard to adjust. Actually, it's going to be hard to adjust to everything.
