I stood by the door pacing back and fourth about weather to go talk to Paris. I couldn't stop thinking about him on my date, that means something, right? I walked out the apartment and down to Payton's place. I knocked, then I noticed the door was open. I opened the door a little and saw Chantell laid out on the couch. I walked down the small hall and opened Payton door. She wasn't home. I heard music from Paris room. I walked over to his room and he was laying on his side listening to his Dr.Dre Beat's. I walked slowly over to his bed and laid down. He took his headphones off and turned around and faced me. I saw the tears that had dried on his eyes and the fresh ones in his eyes. I wiped them away.

"Why are you here?" He sniffed.

"I came to apologize to you for the way I've been acting but you need to be held." I said bringing him closer. I put him in my chest area and I held Paris until we fell asleep.

I woke to soft lips kissing my neck and lips. I opened my eyed and Paris was grinning. I pushed him off. He looked at me.

"What?" I asked.

"Lets go shopping." He said pulling his True Religion jeans and wheat's.

"What?" I said.

"I'm taking you shopping." He said.

"I need to talk to you." I said.

"We'll talk later, lets go." He said pushing me out the door.

"Where's Payton?" I asked.

"I don't no, her and Chantell got in to it and she stormed out." He said. We walked up to the car and my eyes saw something that it didn't want to see. Payton was pinned against Paris car and blood was everywhere.

"PAYTON!!!!" I yelled.  She didn't respond. Me and Paris ran to over to the windshield and Paytons eyes were rolling behind her head. I grabbed her off the windshield and I fell to the ground with her  body in my hands and I cried.

"Passion we got to get her to the hospital." Paris said.

"PARIS! HELP ME!" I yelled. He grabbed Payton and put her in the back seat. I sat in the back with her an Paris sped her to the hospital. We pulled up to the hospital and Paris grabbed Paytons body and took her in to the hospital. I followed behind.

"Ma'am can we please get a doctor?" Paris said still holding Payton in his strong arms.

"Fill out these papers." She said handing him the papers. I was mad now.

"LOOK LADY, MY BESTFRIEND IS DYING AND YOU TALKING ABOUT FILLING OUT SOME GODDAMN PAPERS. IF YOU DON'T GET US A DOCTOR NOW I WILL MAKE SURE YOU ARE FIRED." I yelled. She hurried and called a doctor. Then, the doctor came running out. He checked her pulse.

"Lets get her in the ICU and I'll come back out to let you know what happens." He said and they willed her down. I sat in the waiting room in a daze. What if she dies? I can't go on with out her. I need to talk to Mrs. Jackson. I couldn't believe I saw Payton like that. I never seen anything like that before in my life. I signed and turned to Paris.

"Paris?" I asked.

"Yes Passion." He said softly.

"You think she gone be okay?" I asked.

"I know she will." He said. He sank down in the chair and put his arm around me.

"I hope so." I said. We sat in the waiting room for forty-five minutes and the doctor came out. Me and Paris rushed over to him.

"What happen doctor?" I asked.

"I'm sorry but we couldn't save her she had to much blood loss." He said.

"What the fuck!" Paris slammed his hand in to the desk. I rubbed his back. Tears fell as I thought about her smile and great since of style.

"Where is she doctor?" I asked.

"In the room the morgue is on the way. You can go and see her if you want." He said and walked away. We walked down to Payton's room and she was on the bed looking up. It looked like she was asleep. I cried even more. Her body was so cold and turning white. I turned in to Paris's arms and cried. He cried to. We stood there over Payton's dead body sobbing.

"What y'all do to my baby?!" We heard behind us. Chantell rushed over to left side of Payton and cried. Me and Paris looked at her. It finally hit, Payton is dead. She's really...... GONE!
