Author's POV-

When Sonam reached the café, her eyes scanned the bustling space, searching for a familiar face. The air was thick with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and the soft hum of conversations filled the room. In the corner, she finally spotted Niharika, waving enthusiastically.

"My girl, come here!" Niharika's voice rang out, warm and inviting, as she pulled Sonam into a tight, affectionate hug. The embrace felt like a comforting blanket after a long, tiring day.

"Yaar, I made it to the office, but I swear, it felt like the universe was against me today—one disaster after another," Sonam sighed, her frustration lingering in her voice.

Niharika, ever the optimist, smiled and squeezed her friend's hand. "It's their loss! Un logo ki galti unhone tujhe nahi liya as their event planner. Just wait and watch, their next event will probably be a disaster without you."

Their laughter bubbled up, lightening the mood as they sank into their chairs and began talking about everything else under the sun. The world outside the café seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them in their cozy little bubble.

Meanwhile, across town, Ruhan and Parth had just picked up Harsh, their excitement was palpable. They hadn't eaten a thing all day, too caught up in the thrill of reuniting with their old friend. Deciding they needed a break, they headed to a nearby café, the same one where Sonam and Niharika sat.

"So, what coffee are you guys getting?" Ruhan asked as they settled into a booth by the window, the sunlight streaming in and casting a warm glow over their table.

"Ruhan, what are you having?" Harsh asked, his eyes scanning the menu with indecision.

"He'll have his usual—black coffee, no sugar," Parth quipped with a knowing grin before Ruhan could even answer.

Ruhan chuckled and turned to Parth, "You sure you don't want to try it?"

Parth shook his head with a laugh, "No way, bro. I'll stick with a cappuccino."

"And you, Harsh?" Ruhan asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Whatever Parth's having, I'll go with that," Harsh replied, trusting his friend's taste.

With their orders placed, the conversation quickly turned to reminiscing about their college days. The café filled with their laughter as Parth shared tales of the mischief he and Ruhan got into, while Harsh, who had missed some of those moments, listened with a wide grin.

Soon, their coffee arrived. The rich, comforting smell of the freshly brewed drinks filled the air as they each took a sip, savouring the warmth. But as they relaxed into the moment, the waiter approached to collect the payment. Parth and Harsh exchanged mischievous glances before turning to Ruhan.
