As Sonam walked into her home, her mind was still swirling with questions about the mysterious man from the café. Who was he? What kind of person could defuse such a tense situation with just a few words? But her musings were quickly interrupted as her sister, Namiksha, came up behind her, wrapping her in a warm hug. The joy radiating from Namiksha was palpable, and Sonam couldn't help but smile.

Namiksha, it turned out, was thrilled to be participating in a college event, a small accomplishment that brought her immense happiness. Seeing her sister so excited made Sonam happy too, even though it wasn't something major. But the joy was infectious, and Sonam felt her spirits lift.

Suddenly, Namiksha's smile faded as she remembered Sonam's interview. "Di, how did the interview go?" she asked, her voice tinged with concern.

Sonam's smile faltered, but she quickly reassured her sister. "I was late, so I missed it," she said with a small shrug. "But it's okay."

Namiksha's eyes filled with guilt. "I'm so sorry, Di. Maybe if I hadn't—"

"Don't be silly," Sonam interrupted, pulling her sister into a comforting hug. "It's not your fault, kiddo. Sometimes things just don't work out the way we plan. It was probably meant to be this way. Let's not dwell on it. Instead, let's focus on celebrating your event."

Namiksha smiled, her spirits lifted once more by Sonam's words. The sisters shared a peaceful lunch, their conversation light and easy, before both retreated to their rooms for a much-needed nap.

Meanwhile, Ruhan's day was anything but not peaceful. The morning's chaos at the café had left him on edge, and to make matters worse, a crucial meeting he had been waiting for was suddenly canceled. His frustration grew as the day dragged on, with no respite in sight. When Parth messaged him about their evening plans, Ruhan couldn't bring himself to reply. The thought of more social interaction seemed exhausting.

The incessant ringing of my phone pulled me from sleep. It was Niharika, reminding me of our shopping plans. "Bro, did you forget we're supposed to go shopping?" she asked, teasingly.
