Through all of the trials and tribulations
And the many tests we face in life
I have found that the hardest thing to do these days
Is to keep it pushing and stay alive
To live, is what I find difficult, for he has terribly ruined my life
It hurts to live knowing that he is happy with her, for life is now dreadful and I lack the feeling of delight
But I shall keep striving in the hopes that I will eventually see the light
And maybe one day the darkness will be out of sight
