It was a stormy night at the industry so that meant no runs for the night everyone was super joyous about this and decided to relax on their night off , goob and shrimpo had a movie night, Rodger and teagen tucked toodles into bed and the rest were having a game night.
Expect for Finn and Shelly, Finn had been told that there wasn't going to be anything special happening that day so he stayed in his room listening to music and taking care of his fish, Shelly on the other hand decided not to go she couldn't handle seeing vee anymore, she started to walk around garden view a little when she noticed Finn at the cafe having a drink, thinking he looked a bit lonely Shelly decided to go up to him. "Hello Finn!"-🦖 "hm? Oh shelly! Hi!"-🐟
Shelly smiled as she sat next to him "so why aren't you at the game night?"-🦖 Finn looked at her shocked "t-..there was a game night..?"-🐟 he looked heartbroken to learn that no other toon wanted him to be there to play, Shelly noticed this and felt terrible but almost...relating to how he felt "hey..finn it's okay..if it makes you feel any better I didn't go to..we could go up to your room and talk for a bit!"-🦖 Finn looked at her with a smile on his face while blushing slightly "really? Of course!!"-🐟 Finn smiled as he took Shelly's hand and brought her to his room, the room was a light blue with a very neat ocean life drawing done on his wall by himself "woah! You made that?"-🦖 Finn blushed a little as he nervously nodded "that's so..beautiful"-🦖 Finn looked down at her "r..really?"-🐟 she giggled "yes really..your so talented"-🦖 she smiled as she sat on his water themed bed, Finn joined her "so..why didn't you get invited?"-🦖 Finn looked down "I don't know..I guess I'm just to annoying"-🐟 he teared up a little but Shelly wiped it away "your to annoying Finn..and if the other toons think that way then their not really nice freinds..you know I always found your puns to be funny"-🦖 Finn's eyes brightend up as he smiled wide "whale! I bet you'll love that one!"-🐟 he giggled softly followed by Shelly's giggles he sighed and looked at her "Shelly..I think you're one of the only toons who actually like my puns..they take a while to come up with and I just want to talk about my facts with people.."-🐟 Shelly smiled "I understand how you feel Finn..I always wanna talk about my dinosaur facts but I'm always ignored one by one.."-🦖 she looks down, Finn frowned "well I guess it's just us two"-🐟 Shelly smiled "yeah I guess so.."-🦖 after this Shelly had a slight yawn as she fell asleep on Finn's shoulder, he smiled as he layed her down on his bed as he cuddled up next to her "I love you Shelly.."-🐟 he said before falling asleep
