1. Why haven't I received an answer to my form? There is a chance we have missed the form among all the comments. If it's been more than 72 hours, tag us under your form.
2. Why was my form rejected? We will provide the reason if we reject your form. It could be because we asked you to complete the payment and you didn't or because your story doesn't meet one of the eligible criteria.
3. When will the results be out? We don't have specific dates. Judging starts as soon as the positions are filled and then the judges have 2 weeks to judge and deliver the results. However, we plan to finish the awards by the end of November.
4. Are there any content restrictions for submissions? Yes, submissions must adhere to Wattpad's content guidelines.
5. Who can I contact if I have questions or need assistance? You can always tag the community account. If you want to ask something privately, dm our Instagram account the_gemme_community or contact our founder on Discord: cassiepotterhead
6. Can I edit my story after the judging has started? We ask you not to make any edits after we announce your assigned judges.
7. Can I step out of the awards? Yes, but you must let us know immediately and preferably before the judging has started.
