Author's POV
Jiya stood at the entrance, her gaze fixed on Aditya as he walked in, wearing a black pant and a white shirt with sleeves casually rolled up. His walk exuded power, making him look even more irresistible. She couldn't help but stare, practically eye-raping him with her gaze.
As he came closer, he suddenly stopped, feeling her eyes on him. Jiya quickly realized what she was doing and turned away, flustered.
"Aree Aditya, please come, beta. Come sit here," Akash called out, noticing Aditya standing by the entrance.
Why does he look so good, even in a plain white shirt? Jiya thought to herself.
"Jiya, muhh bandh kar..." Purbasha whispered in her ear.

Jiya’s POV:
I saw my mother walk into the living room with a tray of tea and snacks. I immediately went to help her, starting to serve tea to everyone. When I handed Aditya his cup, he politely refused, saying, "Sorry, but I don’t drink tea." I didn’t say anything, but as usual, my mom didn’t let things slide. She instructed me to make coffee for him.
I went to the kitchen to make coffee—not just for him but also for myself because, after all, I am a coffeeholic. As I finished, I had a sip of my coffee and overheard them talking.
I returned to the living room, handing him the cup of coffee. As our fingers brushed for the briefest of seconds, an electric chill shot through me.
I was about to sit with my mother when suddenly, "Jiya beta, come sit here with Aditya," his mother called out, pointing to the seat next to him.
I sat beside him, feeling his closeness for the second time.
"See, I told you Akash, dono kitne pyaare lag rahe hain saath mein," his father exclaimed, and everyone smiled in agreement.
His mom sat next to me and whispered, "Jiya beta, mujhe pata hai ki tum bohot nervous ho, but beta koi nahi, yeh hota hai. Tum hum sab ko bohot acchi tarah se janti ho. Tumhe hum sab ne hamesha apni beti hi mana hai. Maine kabhi tummein, Ahana aur Adrisha mein farak nahi kiya. Dekho beta, tumhe jo theek lage, tum woh decision lena, par uss din ke wajah se tum usse judge mat karna. Beta, Aditya ke maa hone ke farz se, main uske baare mein tumhe kuch bolna chahti hoon. Woh zarur rude aur mean lagta hai. Oops, sorry, woh dekhta nahi, bas, woh hai woh. Par mera Adi dil se accha hai. Woh tumhe khush rakhega. Haan, janti hoon, sab maa ko apne bachche ke liye accha hi lagta hai, par kya karein beta, maa aise hi hoti hain. Jiya, main chahti hoon ki tum soch samajh kar apna jawab do."
