His Worst Nightmare

Chapter Sixteen - Finding out

Namjoon pov

I woke up to a burning sensation under my abdomen which hurts like hell. I slowly manage to sit up while holding my stomach

Am I in labor now? No, that's not possible, the pregnancy is barely 6 months ago. If it's not labor then what is this pain

I tried getting out of the bed to go call for help but wasn't able to move without feeling extreme pain

I lay back down on the bed, groaning and crying slightly in pain. Just when I was about to give up and call Jungkook, it suddenly stopped and it felt like there wasn't any pain to begin

This is a new feeling and the first time it's happening, hopefully the last as well

I layed back down on the bed to sleep a bit cause I was tired physically and mentally. Just when I was about to close my eyes, the door flew open and my Dad ran into the room and hugged me tightly, catching me off guard

I hugged him back tightly and cried. I missed him so much, It's been months since we last saw each other so I wanted to cherish this moment

He soon pulled away from the hug and rubs his hand on my back in a soothing way, making me feel better

"What happened to you baby?" He asked looks at my cuts and scars "why.. why are you bruised and bandaged up"

I avoided his gaze and looked everywhere else than him. How do I say that Jungkook hits me? He'd be heartbroken

"Joonie please, you can tell me anything" he said calmly while slowly shaking me to look at him  "what happened to you?"

After so much hesitation, I managed to choke it out

"J-jungkook, he.. he hit me, w-with a belt cause I-i left the house without h-his permission"

I looked away from him and played with my fingers, blinking away fresh tears from my eyes as the memories of that day came flooding in.

I heard him gasped lowly and placed his head on his hands

"No.." he said shaking his head "this can't be happening"

I opened my mouth to say something but got interrupted when father walks in

"Congratulations namjoon, this gives us a chance to their family fortune even more" he said and sat down on the couch at the end of the room. I kind of forgot about him for a little while

My dad looked at him, confused writen all over his features

"What do you mean by that.."

"Well our son is pregnant and even better with the family heir. We're never going to experience poverty"

Instead of rejoicing with my father he burst out in tears, crying in his hands

"I failed" he said before wiping his eyes and looked at me "h-how did that happen? Did he force you or threaten you to it"

But I stayed quiet

"Joonie please say something" he begged

I played with my fingers nervously and ashamed before nodding and looking away

"H-he forced himself on me the night of our wedding" a tear slide down my cheek but I wiped it off

"You were already married to him so that's normal for married couples-"

"Your son was raped and that's all you have to say about it!" He snapped cutting father off and startling me. I've never seen him like this. This is the first time I'm seeing him lashing out

"Watch your tone-"

"No you watch it!" He yelled cutting father off and surprising us even more "you forced my child, our child into this and you're proud about the outcome? You're disgusting"

Just when father was about to say something, Jungkook walked in
