THE ZONE

As the day went buy kate got busy with a lot more customers  and all charles could think about was how we was finally gonna tell her how he felt about her after all this time of storing these feelings he had for her inside he's finally gonna release it " hey charles can you wait until after work to share with me what you wanna tell me? Kate said
"Sure no problem " replied charles who now desperately wanted to hold her hands look in her eyes and tell her how much he love her.

As the day went buy charles looked nonstop at his watch to check the time to closing hours he now wished he could speed up time he just wanted to tell kate how much she meant to him that's all he could think about nothing else he checked the time again  closing hours was nigh " How am i gonna start off this?" he pondered to himself  he didn't want to say anything that would ruin the moment he waited such a long time for , he began to feel a little nervous " get it together charles " he said to himself softly he looked over to where kate was as she attended to the customers he began to visualize both of them on a romantic trip at some exclusive location both of them running together side by side on the beach  holding hands both of them having a romantic candle light dinner with a mariachi band playing the most romantic music  while they danced together and at the end of all of that both of them making hot sexy naughty love together charles began to smile at the thought of all that.

The store finally reached its closing hours and no one was more excited about that than charles he went over to where kate was smiling she was getting her stuff together to leave work for the day "can you wait until we're on the way home to tell me what you wanna tell me? She asked him " Sure he replied 
A few minutes later both ot them began the journey home both of them lived walking distance from the workplace
On the way home they talked about the day they had and laughed "This is it nows your moment " said charles in his  mind "kate" said charles yes replied kate there's something that I've been wanting to tell you for a good while now "he said to her "okay she replied " Your a amazing person kate a true friend one of the purest kindest most genuine human being on the planet you always check on me to see if am okay you've always been kind to me over the many years I've known you when i don't have any lunch at work you share some of yours with me and i appreciate you very much kate " kate began to smile " Now kate I've always loved you more than my own life I'd do anything for you I'd fly to and from the moon for you I'd kill for you I'd trade my organs for you and only leave my heart in my chest and give you the copyright to it i know your with someone now but your boyfriend aint have quarter of the love that i have for you " he told her meanwhile staring into her eyes " all i ask from you is a chance let me prove my love for you and I'll show you that i meann every word " he said to her kate stood on the sidewalk like a statue speechless and in total shock at the words that she heard she had no idea that charles felt this way about her  "kate" said charles to her "are you okay?" he asked her " we should just be friends " she replied to him "  I dont feel the same about you i only see you as a good friend plus i already have a boyfriend am sorry " she said
Charles felt like someone had to ripped out his heart out of his chest and squeeze it " but  kate " he said " no charles  " interrupted kate" I'm sorry  I don't feel the same about you " she told him " you just gonna have to respect my decision i only see you as a friend a very good friend of mine and i don't want anything to come between that but if you cant respect my decision then am afraid this is the end of our friendship  i already told you my stance on this " she told him " okay he replied  " he was now officially in the zone they both finished the journey to their respective homes and aftet exchanging good nights charles went inside hid house went straight to his room went in his bed and began to cry this wasn't the way he expected the day to end but he was now in the zone and he couldn't risk doing anything that would ruin his friendship with kate.
