After Getting my starter Pokémon and catching 3 new Pokémon I was feeling confident that I could win my first gym badge in Boulder city. Three easy catches had really boosted my ego. The sooner I got those badges and pokedex entries the sooner I could get laid. I had made sure to avoid any other wild Pokémon as I didnt want to tire my Pokémon. I only had two more poke balls so I really didnt want to waste them. I was going to catch them all but Right now I'm only catching bad bitches.
(Y/n): Alright then I think its about time to get the hell out of here. Boulder city here I come!

I quickly turned around to be greeted to a girl running at me, I had absolutely no idea who this woman was. When she finally reached me she was completely out of breath. One thing that caught my eye about her was her hat. It looked like one of the hats made in a different region. Although she was extremely cute

???: *Out of breath* Th...thank god I caught up to you. Uhm sorry about this but I'm Dawn its nice to meet you.
She reached out her hand grabbing mine and shaking it. I really didnt mind she was cute so I allowed it.
(Y/n): Sup Dawn I'm (Y/n) Its nice to meet you. Where are you from. I haven't seen you around.
Dawn: Oh yea we just moved here from the Sinnoh region. My dad got a job offer from professor Oak so hes going to be working in the lab.
(Y/n): Oh so your the new family that was moving in.
Dawn: *Smiling* Yup thats us. Although I'm not going to be there because I'm starting my Pokémon journey. It feels weird moving to a new home just to leave it.
I laughed a little to be fair what she was saying was a little funny.
(Y/n): Nah its cool girl. I'm just starting as well so were on the same level.
Dawn: I'm really not familiar with this place so I was hoping well. Could we journey together. It could be the start of a really cool friendship.
There was no way I was going to turn down that office. I get to travel with a cute chick. My day was getting better and better.
(Y/n): Thats completely fine. Id be glad to have come company. Lets do our best Dawn.
We both high fived. She was a little shorter than me which just added to her cuteness factor.
(Y/n): I was just headed out of route one and into Boulder city. Its where the first gym is. You feeling confident.
Dawn: No not really. But ive got to start somewhere right. Plus ive got a friend to support me now!
I thought for a moment. If I was going to become Champion I was going to have to get used to human Pokémon battles. A great idea brewed in my head.
(Y/n): Hey how about we have a Pokémon battle. It'll allow our Pokémon to get ready for the gym up ahead and we can learn more about the type of trainer we want to become.
