23. Twins

Alessa, Leo, Ethan, and Noah were in the car going back to their home after school. Noah was driving while Leo was sitting beside him closing his eyes.

"Leo" Alessa called him as he hummed in response "You didn't tell me what were you doing in the corridor with Vivaan."

Leo's eyes opened instantly as he looked beside him at his brother whose whole focus was on him and so were the other two.

He knew well that his twin would see right through his lie but it's not like he was planning to hide all this from him anyway.

"Nothing. I was just asking if someone's bullying him." He replied looking at her through the mirror hoping for her to buy his lie.

Alessa nodded as Leo sighed a breath of relief but Noah wasn't satisfied. He knew his twin very well to find his lies and truth.

And that's what he did. Once they reached home, instead of going to his room, he attacked his brother's room.

"what's going on Leo?" He asked sternly "Is there something going on between you and Vivaan?" He asked knowing what his answer would be.

"You already know the answer," Leo said changing his shirt.

"Leo" Noah stood up from bed coming in front of him "He is Alessa's best friend." He said shocked.

"And?" Leo raised his brows "Why can't I date Alessa's best friend?"

"Because when you are done with this relationship then it will indirectly affect Alessa."

Leo looked at him blankly "Why would this relationship ever end?" He questioned genuinely not knowing why his brother would say such a thing.

Noah ruffled his hair "Because......" he said but stopped on realizing his brother's words "Are you serious?" he asked not believing his words.

On getting no answer he held his arm turning him towards himself instantly "I know you had a crush on him but let's not drag this further. Alessa is indirectly involved in it."

Leo looked at him not reacting at all as he freed his hand from his hold "I am in love. I love him." He said in a calm and composed voice making Noah shocked for a moment.

"Love? You? Don't kid with me." Noah chuckled not believing his twin. On getting no response, Noah looked at him baffled "Are you seriously in love?" he almost shouted.

"Love?"

"Who is in love?"

"Are you again in love Noah?"

Sam, Niall, and Xavi said together standing at the doorstep of Leo's room.

Leo and Noah looked at them furrowing their brows at their unannounced arrival.

"Before you try to distract us. We were planning to go on a ride together so we came to pick you up also." Sam said walking inside with the others.

"but who is in love?" Xavi questioned.

Leo rolled his eyes as he sat on his bed "First of all close the door. I don't want to announce my love to the world for now."

And Noah and Niall both ran to the door to shut it quickly.

"When did it happen?"

"Is it serious?"

"Did you propose?"

"Aren't you straight?"

The last question was from Xavi as everyone looked at him with a disgusted expression.

"The entire school knows he is bi," Noah said not believing his friend's words.

"I thought he was exploring himself." He scratched his head.
