Kage Tsuki has been Usagi Tsukino's Roommate for a while, but after discovering her to be Sailor Moon, both have now been bound to a unlikely Team Up and to become the Shonen Moon, Opposite to Sailor Moon herself.

Moeru Kibishi is one of the Main Characters in this series. He's the Shonen Mars, Counterpart, Partner and Rival to Rei Hino/Sailor Mars.
He makes his appearance in Chapter 10.

Personality
Unlike Rei, he is a cool-headed, Fun loving Person. Even when hanging with people he sees as Friends, he always shows them a fun time.
He always tried to put on a Charming side when there is a girl without a boyfriend, but they always don't go right. Like Kage said in Chapter 10, he's not the Sharpest Pencil in the Case when getting a Girlfriend.
Even with a Fun-Loving Side, he often gets bored and lonely easy, even after Kage and Shinkai became Shonens. Due to friends keeping Secrets, he'll always want to know about them fast and that'll make sense.
If anyone get's annoyed and looks at either him or someone near him, he just gets nervous and hides behind said or another person close to him.

A/N: When I heard Rei's voice from the Vis Dubbed Anime, I didn't think she'll be Christina Vee, who voices Shantae. Why I'm surprised, I'll let this explain why.
I also thought it'll be interesting that Rei will have some complications with her Partner when she became Sailor Mars, and the idea for Moeru came to me. I kind of also used Kairu Sumisu from My Hero Academia: Overdrive Series as his Identity.
Next up is where everyone searches the Dream Land amusement Park to find the lost Visitors, as Kage questions if Rei actually likes him or Tuxedo Mask.
