Su-Hyeok and I sat on the floor, his knees pulled up to his chest. His head rested on my shoulder, while mine was on his. Cheong-San leaned against the window, and the rest of the group gathered around the table."
"That bastard, Gyeong-su... why did he have to turn?" Dae-Su sobbed, taking a tissue from Joon-Yeong. You bit your lip and zipped up your hooded jacket, trying to hide the scratch marks. Knowing you wouldn't turn, exposing the wounds to zombie blood wasn't a risk you were willing to take."
"Are you happy now?" Dae-Su asked, turning to her with tears streaming down his face.
"You were all wrong. Only I was right. Which means Y/n, is wrong too. Guess you're not smart after all. What would you even do without me?" She mimics your voice as you remember a while back as you said you're barely ever wrong. this was end of your anger limits, so you decided to speak up
''Hey. Maybe you did it." you speak
"What?" Na-Yeon asked, her gaze fixed on you as you approached her.
"I saw everything, Na-Yeon," Nam-Ra said, her voice firm. Na-Yeon stood up, her eyes narrowing as she inched closer to Me
What? What did you see?" she demanded, her voice rising.
"You are the one who did it," Nam-Ra accused, her voice filled with anger and disappointment.
"Who did what? I didn't do anything to Gyeong-su," Na-Yeon protested, her voice rising as she snapped her head up towards Nam-Ra.
"She didn't mention Gyeong-su's name," you pointed out, your voice cold and emotionless. Na-Yeon's eyes widened in fear as she met your gaze, her usual confidence shattered by the intensity of your stare.
"Knock it off," Dae-su demanded
"What are you talking about?" Wu-jin asked, his voice laced with confusion.
"I didn't do anything," Na-yeon insisted, her voice trembling slightly as she tried to maintain her composure.
"While we were all watching Gyeong-su and Y/n, you were in the back alone. You wiped that blood with your handkerchief," Nam-Ra accused, pointing to the broom with the zombie blood that you all used to get the upside-down zombie off the window.
"No, I didn't," Na-Yeon insisted, her voice filled with desperation.
"You wiped that on the scratches on Gyeong-su's hand and almost on Y/n's chest, but she caught your hand before you could manage to even graze over her cut," Nam-Ra continued, her voice cold and accusatory. Your jaw clenched as you tried to suppress your anger.
"I did not," Na-Yeon insisted, her voice shaking with denial and fear.
"It's in your pocket," Nam-Ra said, her voice dripping with accusation.
"So what?" Na-Yeon scoffed, her defiance barely masking her fear.
"Take it out," you demanded, your voice cold and menacing.
"No," she insisted, her voice shaking with defiance.
"Take it out," you demanded, your hand outstretched in a gesture of authority.
"I said no," she snapped, her hand swatting yours away with a force
"Should I take it out?" You question as you grab her throat putting your hand in her pocket as she tries to fight back
"Fuck you! Who the hell do you think you are?" Na-Yeon keeps pushing your hand away from her pocket then decides to stick her thumb where your cut is adding pressure on it making you pull away due to pain levels. Blood seeped through your hooded jacket
"You looked down at your stained jacket, a frown creasing your brow. Hearing Na-Yeon taunt Nam-Ra, your protective instincts flared. Disliking anyone speaking ill of her, you turned to Na-Yeon and delivered a sharp slap."
"Ms. Park intervened, her voice firm, "Nam-Ra, Y/n, that's enough. Nam-Ra, do you comprehend the gravity of your words? If what you're suggesting is true, it implies Na-yeon is responsible for Gyeong-su's death.""
"Your gaze hardened as you stated, 'It's true. Na-yeon is the one who killed him.'"
"You both are fucking cunts. There. Happy?" Na-yeon throws the handkerchief at Nam-ra's chest. Nam-Ra picks it up off the floor and inspects it.
''This is blood." Nam-Ra state
"This is his blood?" You question
"Your voice was laced with disbelief as you asked, 'Is this really Gyeong-su's blood?'"
"Na-yeon snapped, 'Can't you tell?'"
"Nam-Ra held out the handkerchief, her voice dripping with sarcasm. 'If you're so sure it's not blood, why don't you use it to clean your own wound?'"
