Eclipse
I look up at the ceiling and slowly at my alarm clock. 4:23 a.m. What a load of crap. This thing with Max is bothering me. My gut feeling tells me something is wrong. Max was so romantic and loving the night we were having fun and now he's so cold. I really like him.
Desperate, I take a few pills and roll a joint. I can do that at home because I live with my father, but he doesn't give a damn about me. The last time I felt love was when my mom was still alive. Since we moved in with his girlfriend, my dad has been uninterested.
I take something and get ready for school. Annoyed, I leave for school at 7:30 a.m. I immediately run into someone and growl angrily. "Calm down, sweetie - fuck Eclipse, are you high?" Max asks and I keep walking. He grabs me and I look at him. "Let me go. You don't care about me otherwise."
"Damn it, Eclipse. You don't do anything for me either. Whenever I want something, it's 'no, I don't want to' or 'not today, okay?? Mimimi'. You're being unnecessarily coy. Don't act like you're an angel." I just look at him, dumbfounded.
"Let her go, Max. Immediately," someone says. It's Edin. Max lets go and I move closer to Edin. "Fuck you, Max. You can go to hell." He laughs and runs his hand through his hair. "You know what? I can't do this anymore. That shit was a bet, okay? The gang. I met them just before the party in the club and bet how often I can get you into bed. I don't want anything from you. What am I supposed to do with a junkie??" He pulls away and I sink to the floor.
