Before getting into the book

Hello everyone.

I will write this book to my speed because I usually lack the motivation to write and post things. There is also a high chance I will NOT finish this book because of the lack of motivation I have, but I will not be deleting it.

I don't have a fixed schedule as to when I will write, or post a new chapter so you will just have to stay tuned I guess.

IMPORTANT!!

This book is written by a person who has trauma. I haven't healed yet, yet I know what I'm doing wrong I just don't know how to fix it.

This book does not hand out any advice, because I am not good at comforting, nor am I good at being a therapist.

This book is only written for you to realise how trauma works, what it is, and how bad it can affect you in the future.

Side important.

Some chapters might be short, just like this one, because I don't have the motivation to write, or could also be very long because I have a lot to say and share, but I cannot say for certain.
