Marleena quickly recovered from the near fall and bid everyone a good bye. She left in a hurry to go towards her sister's home to let her know how they were going to let the children stay with them in the office. She stopped by the store to purchase some snacks that she remembered her sister liked and some that she knew would be good for her as well. Arriving at her sister's she carried in the snacks and groceries to her kitchen putting them away and opening up a small package of baby carrots to snack on.

Maggie seeing her sister Marleena in the kitchen spoke up "Quick tell me your news. I can't wait to here it."

"Well we can for starters make a corner of your office a place that is child friendly. Turning it into a miniature nursery for baby growing the corner to a play area for she or he when they get older to early childhood stage and go from there just adjusting as they grow providing a wonderful nurturing atmosphere where you can train and teach your child." Marleena said with enthusiam.

Maggie smirking "How is that going to work? No one we know has done anything like that."

"Oh yes they have, it's the Callsburg-Dakster's Company that has been doing it for years according to Julia Callsburg-Dakster, when I met her this afternoon at the hospital."

"Kelby's in the hospital again? What happened this time? Who caused the problem?" Maggie sounding distressed.

"Don't worry she is fine and so is her baby girl. Her husband went to Mister Oklahoma to pick up their boys, flying their whole family back here for the Business of Excellence conference that is to take place here in town this next week. So Her Mother-in-law is Julia Callsburg-Dakster. She told me how she had her office set up for her kids and that she grew up in the very same office." Marleena said smiling brightly about the idea.

Maggie seemed to like the idea of keeping baby with her in the office and was willing to try anything to make it work.

The following week came almost to quick as the Business of excellence Conference had started that Friday afternoon with registration of businesses participating. Booths lined to the sides while chairs were set up in multiple rows for those who came to hear and learn what others have done to be successful in their careers as well as helping their employees to gain the confidence to do their job well.

The evening came with a Get to know everyone with kid friendly drinks and snacks servered as well. Maggie attended that evening and noticed that children were helping with snacks and there was a play area for the younger children and the teenagers were also helping with that as well. She wondered over and found that there was an adult there and he was playing with them and teaching them how to play chess along with any board game that was there. Maggie approached him asking "Sir, Why are you helping here?"

"I have done this ever since my daughters were babies. I love doing this. When these conferences come around and I know some parents do not like to leave their children at home. As you can see we have the older children bringing the younger children their snacks along with their bottled koolaide that is purchased for such an event as this." Shefron Callsburg had replied.

"I would like to do this where I work if the board members would allow it. I know my sister would as she is the CEO where I work, its just getting the rest of them to agree." Maggie replied.

"Well now that would be a good topic for next year as well. I will put that across to my oldest daughter when she gets here for next year's agenda on how to educate the board members to help with raising their employees children. What would you say about possibly being one of our speakers for next years Conference?" proposed Shefron.

"I would have to get back with you on that as soon as I can accomplish that. Thank you Sir" she replied as she was turning to leave she hears him holler for her and gives her his business card which read 'SHEFRON CALLSBURG OWNER AND PRESIDENT OF CALLSBURG INDUSTRY OF MISTER, OKLAHOMA' looking at it she smiles and says thank you promptly leaving the area to find her sister who is there as well.

At the start of the first meeting and call to order the speech was given by Shefron Callsburg himself, welcoming everyone and turning the event over to his daughter and son in law to continue the evening as he walks back to where the children are. The first person to give their speech was Treymon from Italy along with his wife Sharie, explaining that he had received a chance to take over a family business of trade from his dad who had been given the chance to train in what he wanted to learn after his grand father's death from the oilfield working with the Callsburg family for years and he has employees that he is doing the same with extra ways to help them when they have a rough day, by giving they a trip to vineyards to enjoy the scenery and solitude that allows them to refocus after a week there. The next person who was to share had to switch with another as he could not be there for family emergency. The person who took his place was from California telling how she was helped by being trained to do what she had always wanted to do and started her own design company with just her and one of her daughters who enjoyed drawing pictures of formal dresses and that her business grew to over twenty employees and that she shares the way she has helped her designers to maintain a healthy environment for work and home by giving much needed respite care for those who are taking care of handicap children, providing them a safe place to be and learn at their pace, while seeing one of those children become very successful in the design business. The next speaker to appear was Donald Rogenis, He explained how he had started a business not knowing what to really do until he had met with Ethan Callsburg Dakster, visiting with his parents, relearning what he knew to be the best for his employees in their job offering them a chance to become members and share holders in his business. That concluded the evening with a banquet for everyone present and a much needed free time.
