Sunlight filtered through the curtains as Alex slowly stirred awake, feeling groggy but oddly comfortable. He stretched out in the crib, the soft blanket still wrapped around him, and blinked his eyes open. The house was quiet, a peaceful stillness lingering in the air.

As Alex began to wake up more fully, he noticed a slight dampness around his waist. Confused at first, he shifted slightly in the crib, only to feel the unmistakable squish of a wet pull-up. A mix of surprise and realization washed over him as he reached down to confirm what had happened. The pull-up was soaked.

It took a moment for the events of the previous night to come back to him. The bottle of warm milk with the diuretic laxative, the bouncer, and the cartoons—it all started to make sense. The laxative had worked after all, just taking effect much later than he'd expected. The result was a fully soaked pull-up, just like the toddlers at the daycare he'd seen so many times before.

At first, Alex felt a wave of embarrassment, knowing he had wet himself in his sleep. But as he lay there, the feeling started to change. The wet pull-up was warm and soft, cradling him with a sense of security. It wasn't uncomfortable, and in a strange way, it made him feel more like a real toddler. The experience was so different from anything he'd felt before, and he couldn't help but be curious about it.

Alex shifted again, feeling the wet pull-up squish beneath him, and he let out a small giggle. The sensation was oddly pleasant, almost comforting in its own way. He had wanted to experience what it was like to be a toddler, and now he had done it, waking up in a wet pull-up just like the little kids he saw every day.

Still, he knew he needed to change before the wetness became uncomfortable. Carefully, Alex climbed out of the crib, the wet pull-up sagging slightly as he stood. The guest room was still set up like a nursery, with the changing supplies neatly arranged on the bed. He walked over, feeling the cool morning air against his skin, and began to gather everything he needed for a change.

He took his time, not wanting to rush through the experience. He peeled off the wet pull-up, feeling the cool air hit his damp skin as he tossed it into the trash bag. Grabbing a handful of wipes, he cleaned himself up, the cool sensation refreshing against his skin. Once he was clean, he reached for the baby powder, dusting it over himself to keep his skin dry and comfortable.

With a fresh pull-up in hand, Alex slipped it on, feeling the snug, dry padding wrap around him. The sense of security returned, and he couldn't help but smile at how natural it felt. The experience had been new and exciting, and even though it was strange, it made him feel more connected to the toddler side of himself that he had been exploring.

Once he was dressed, Alex took a moment to tidy up the guest room, making sure everything was in its place. The crib was still inviting, but he knew he had a full day ahead of him. The weekend was still his, and he had plenty of time to explore his new world further.

As he headed downstairs to start his day, Alex felt a sense of satisfaction. The wet pull-up had been unexpected, but it had also been exactly what he wanted. He was learning more about himself with each passing day, and the journey was just beginning.
