"Right class we will be going back to seventh year topics. Today we will be trying to cast the patronus charm. I am aware that not everyone will be able to manage it today so you will be going over it again in your next lesson that Professor Snape will be covering."

"Sir, why is Professor Snape covering?" Percy Weasley asked.

"He-" Lupin started but was rudely interupted.

"Who cares Weasley? Anyone is an upgrade from him." Estella said, the slytherins snickering behind her.

"Thank you Miss Lestrange. Now if you've quite finished telling people your views on me I'd like to get on with my lesson," Estella rolled her eye at the man, "Snape will be covering my lesson because I have to go away for a few days but I will be back for our lesson on Monday. Right, if you could all find a space in the room and try to conjure a patronus charm. Remember the incantation is expecto patronum."

Everyone went to find a space, Estella and her friends all standing in a circle near the back of the classroom.

"Why is Percy Weasley such a freak? All his family are freaks but he's the worst. Like at least the Weasley twins can take a joke." Estella said.

"I know, his youngest brother is quite the freak as well. Honestly, from what draco says he never shuts up about food." Astraia said, rolling her eyes as Percy managed to conjure a patronus.

"Is everything ok over here?" Professor Lupin asked. He stood directly behind Estella and she moved so she stood opposite to him.

"Yep, just trying to find the right memory." Estella said threw gritted teeth.

"Well if you've got one why don't you show me and your friends."

"Fine." She said in a huff.

She thought of her happiest memory. It was one from before her mother was sent to azkaban. When she actually cared about her two daughters. Her mum then and now were two entirely different people to Estella. Bellatrix used to play with her, protect her from Rodolphus and Lucius and treat her like an actual child. She remembered a five year old Estella and three year old Adelina running around the back garden of the Lestrange Manor with their mother. It wasn't the biggest Manor the Lestrange's owned but it was much bigger than Malfoy Manor. It was the last memory Estella had from before her mother was sent to azkaban.

"Expecto Patronum." Estella whispered. Out the end of the wand a swan flew around the room, everyone stopped to watch.

As the class was leaving Lupin called out to her. She stayed at the back of the classroom with Lucian.

"I'll be fine." She said trying to get him to leave.

"No, I don't trust him. I'm staying." Lucian said.

"Fine. What do you want professor?"

"I was wondering if you'd thought any more about what Professor Mcgonagall told you."

"Merlin are you ever going to give up? I said I'm fine with my life and nothing is going on at home." She said and she turned around storming out of his classroom. "Honestly, we're only in the second week and the only thing he talks to me about is my life at home. Nothing happens for merlin sake."

"Just ignore him. He won't even know what he's on about."

Estella sat in the hall with her friends. She hadn't spoken to her sister since the other day and now Adelina, Cassius Warrington and Jacob Vaisey had started sitting on the opposite end of the slytherin table. The owls started flying into the room. She was looking around to see if she could see her snowy, white owl flying in. She spotted Holly flying down to the slytherin table. She took the letter from her mother out of the owl's beak. Holly flew away and she looked down at the letter, even though it said Narcissa on it she knew it was from her mum. Bellatrix used her sister's name so no one could find where she was hiding.
