synopsis

When Nari stumbles upon a box of seven tiny kittens abandoned in the cold, she feels an immediate bond, driven by her own experiences of loneliness.

Unbeknownst to her, these seemingly ordinary kittens are actually vampire students from a magical academy, cursed and stranded in her world after a spell gone wrong.

As Nari takes them in, she soon discovers the magical truth behind their feline forms and the deep, ancient connection between them and her own fate. With their lives—and her heart—at stake, Nari must navigate a world of enchantment, secrets, and romance.

As she grows closer to the kittens and the hidden vampires within, Nari faces a question that could change everything:

Will she embrace the magic and love that binds them all, or will the weight of their curse be too much to bear?

short peak

Nari had just settled into her apartment, trying to get used to the new normal of living with her seven magical kittens now transformed into cat boys. She was bustling about, trying to tidy up when she heard the unmistakable sound of her landlord’s key turning in the lock.

Her heart leaped into her throat. The landlord, always a stickler for rules, had never dropped by unannounced before.

Panicking, Nari looked around; the boys—now in their human forms—were scattered throughout her small apartment.

The landlord, Mr. Kang was already halfway through the door.

As the sound of Mr. Kang's key turning in the lock echoed through the apartment, Nari's heart raced.

"Quick, hide!" she whispered urgently to the cat boys.

Jungwon, Sunoo, and the others sprang into action.

Jungwon grabbed Sunoo and shoved past Jay, who was about to protest.

“Hey, watch it!” Jay began to complain, but Heeseung was right behind him, swiftly covering his mouth with a hand.

“Shh! No time!” Heeseung hissed, his eyes wide with urgency.

Sunghoon and Jake darted toward the window, their faces pale as they glanced down at the dizzying height of the ground below. Sunghoon hesitated at the open window, gripping the ledge with white knuckles.

“Are you kidding me? This is insane!” Sunghoon muttered, his voice trembling as he peered over the edge.

Jake, equally terrified, gave a quick nod of agreement. “I’d rather stay inside. I don’t do heights well!”

With a collective gulp, they clung to the window frame, trying to steady themselves. As they tried to calm their racing hearts, the sound of footsteps grew louder, and Mr. Kang’s shadow loomed near the door.

Inside the bedroom, Jungwon and Sunoo hurriedly hid behind the bed, crouching low. They exchanged nervous glances, the tension in the room palpable. Sunoo was whispering rapid reassurances to himself, trying to ignore the loud ticking of the clock that seemed to amplify their anxiety.

Nari, trying to stay calm, faced Mr. Kang with a forced smile as he approached the bedroom door.

“Everything’s fine! Just, um, organizing some things,” she said, her voice wavering slightly.

Mr. Kang arrowed his eyes, clearly unconvinced. “I heard some noises. Are you sure everything’s alright?”

Nari’s heart sank as Mr. Kang's gaze lingered on the closed bedroom door. She could only hope that the cat boys would remain hidden and quiet. The room was eerily silent, save for the occasional muffled noise from Sunoo or Jungwon’s quick movements.
