"So, you are telling me that you found your mate and in spite of assuring him you accepted the defeat already Jeon jungkook?" Yoongi asked about being concerned about his younger brother
"Everything's messed up hyung. I can't stay back here you know we have to return to the city for our company's sake" jungkook said being frustrated and still in daze as jimin's scent being absorbed onto his whole body
"We both are doomed to be honest" Yoongi sighed
"Jungkook, I'm going out I've some important matters to discuss with chusol's ruler. I'll be back, don't worry we will sort this out. Now, go to bed..sleep well. We have a long journey ahead for tomorrow" Yoongi smiled patting his shoulder
"Yes, I'll be sleeping if that's possible " jungkook humoured getting up from the chair heading towards the bed

Tomorrow came with a sleepless night for both jungkook and jimin. One was worrying for his future with the said alpha and the other was worried for the longing he has to face being away from his mate.
They were leaving when jungkook excused himself for some time implying to get some fresh air . Yoongi understood his brother's intention and allowed him to take a stroll around the farm towards north.
Jungkook's alpha instincts flared up again when he saw jimin seating on the rock below a large mango tree. From afar he could guess his mate's turmoil
Jimin relaxed by closing his eyes and letting his head fall on the familiar shoulder when he felt a strong arm surrounding his petite waist into a back hug.
Jungkook placed his chin on jimin's slender shoulder nuzzling on his scent gland. He hummed when the soothing smell of his mate spread across his nerves calming himself within like a remedy
"Alpha, you are not going?" jimin asked with a hope rising within himself. Praying that jungkook stays.
"Yes. But, I came to see you as you didn't think of visiting me to say goodbye"
Jimin frowned. His heart beating rapidly with hurt spread across like a fire that could burn his whole being. Jungkook understood it with a change in his mate's scent.He turned jimin in his lap and placed his nose upon his own scent gland while rubbing jimin's back
"Relax my flower"
"Please don't go jungkook" jimin said surrounding his arms behind jungkook's neck to tightly hug him with no space between their bodies.
"Do you trust me ? " Jungkook asked cupping jimins soft face in his palms
"Is that even a question?"
"Then don't worry. You said you'll wait for me right?"
Jimin nodded with tears brimming in his beautiful eyes making jungkook to hold this tiny sensitive creature with all of his might
"I'll come back on the ceremony to claim you. Till then, wait for me. I know it's hard for both of us but let it be the last time and I promise you I'll never leave you" he kissed the back of jimin's hand
Making him blush to look more cute than he already is
"Can you please give something of your scent for me?" Jimin shyly asked playing with his fingers . Is this too much to demand ? he thought
"I was going to ask you the same. I'll give you my coat and you'll give me yours " jungkook smiled caressing his mate's chin and admiring him with his eyes
He bent towards jimin's ear sending a shiver down on others body
"Eat well when I'm gone. I want my mate more plump and healthy on ceremony's night" jungkook smirked. He kissed jimin's forehead earning a whimper that'll haunt him in his dreams when far away from his mate in the city
