"Nah, we've got this!" Ella replied with her usual confidence. "And besides, we're in it together. Nothing's too hard when we stick together."

Their words brought a smile to Olivia's face as she walked into the kitchen, where Nicholas, now seven, was busy stuffing his lunchbox into his brand-new backpack.
