"Hurry up! You Don't want to be late for your first day back!"

If I had just woken up earlier I wouldn't have ended up in this sinking boat, My outfit could have been more thought out but who doesn't like casual? Throwing on a pair of tight jeans, white tube top and a blue and red flannel I scattered my closet for my favourite pair of open toe wedges. Mom would probably red flag my clothing choice for school but to each their own is the saying right?

My phone wouldn't quit buzzing for the millionth time no thanks to Sarah and Caitlin asking if I was surly not getting a ride with them. Normally I wouldn't hesitate to say yes, but I was waiting to see if Adrian would pick me up by surprise. Supposedly he returned home yesterday but I haven't received any phone calls or texts which kind of bummed my mood.

"JESSE, get down here and eat before you end up late on your first day of school",  Mom lectured from the Kitchen. I quickly brushed my teeth and blinked a coat of mascara on cursing as it dried on my eyelid.

Great.

I ran downstairs throwing my book bag and purse on the couch with my self along with them, "I called you down here to eat not to sit there on that thing". Ugh, mothers.
"This 'thing' is called a phone, and I'm waiting to see if Adrian's coming to take me to school", I explained while scarfing down my waffle. Adrian has been at a football camp the entire summer. I mean, sure, the game's fun, but wouldn't he rather be spending his vacation with me on a hot beach somewhere? He claimed they weren't allowed to use any mobile devices so the two of us would be out of contact, as you can see, I've become a little deprived.
"Well I have to leave or I'm going to be late for work if he doesn't pick you up just take the BMW and have a nice day sweetheart." she kissed my forehead.
"OK, be good and don't get in trouble." I winked at her.
"I'll try my best." she responded with a smirk on her face before disappearing with the click of a garage door opening. I checked all the normal social media such as instagram and twitter before surprisingly hearing my mother nag me once again,

"Someones outside, I think its Sarah." Immediately I sprung up from the couch while swinging my book bag over my shoulder, eyes glued to my screen, and waffle obstructed between my lips. When I finally looked up into reality, reality smacked me pretty darn good in the face. There, standing outside his car arms wide open and inviting was my one and only, Adrian.

"Adrian!" I rushed over spitting out my waffle bite and wrapping my arms around him squeezing the life out of him.
"Hey baby", he said tilting my chin up and kissing me so ever lightly and sweetly. His taste left me on the verge of melting into a puddle and noticing he embraced me harder and closer. His lips were so soft and usually he would always kiss me very tenderly as if I was fragile but this time his kisses were deep and intimate as if he was hungry.I wrapped my arms around his neck as he pulled me closer to him.I forgot we we're outside and I had very nosy neighbors. "Babe were outside"I said between his kisses.
"Sorry I just missed you so much"
"It's okay just let me run In and get my bag and purse before were late",I said running in to get my things.I grabbed my things and the keys and then shut and locked the door.Adrian opened the door for me as I climbed in."So how was the camp". I asked.
"It was boring actually really boring."
"Really.Evan and Josh had lots of fun. They actually texted me a couple of times while they were there.I thought you said there were no phones allowed?"
"I didn't know that so I just left my phone at home."

"Oh,okay."We were now pulling up into the schools parking lot,Adrian was about to turn into a spot when someone on a motorcycle beat him to it.
"Hey",Adrian shouted."You saw me pulling into that spot". The guy on the motorcycle took off his helemet and it was none other than Javier the schools baddest bad boy.
