Chapter 2 Jose

I woke to mami yelling at my two younger brothers, Marco and Rico. Both of which were ready to dump water on my head if my ass didn't get a move on,

"Hey! I'm up okay calm down!"
"You need too hurry up and get ready or you're going be late for school. You also need to get your brothers ready, and if I hear such as one bit about any yelling or fighting..." she said turning back to my brothers, "there will be consequences. Now move!"
Stumbling as though I were a drunk man I made my way to the shared bathroom. I gawked at my reflection in the mirror. For an odd reason or another messy hair looked good on me. Shrugging I began to brush my teeth, the foamy toothpaste bubbling in my mouth while I yelled, "One more minute!" Against the pounding like drums outside the door.
The only part of school I was looking forward to was the fact that I get a fresh start. Doesn't everybody?
Anything I did last year that didn't go into my permanent record couldn't affect me this year at all. Like a gift from the heavens above.
"Hurry up in there!" Marco whined. The little guy thinks being an almighty 14 year old teenager gives him some incomparable power. Finishing up I just needed to pee. I pulled down my boxers and aimed at the toilet when all of a sudden the boys pulled the old card trick. Literally. They used a card to swipe the lock and open the door, giggling their way in like an army, Rico in the lead. "Wha-HEY!" They blurted out in a series of laughter at my non halted stream of urine on the toilet bowl shielding their eyes with the Palms of their hands. That was the end of a quiet moment for myself.
I went through the clothes that Marco and Rico mainly shared together.
I pulled out two pairs of khaki pants and two white shirts. I then found myself a pair of jeans and a fitting white t shirt. I got dressed and then made sure that Marco and Rico had everything needed for their own fulfilled day, and walked them to the bus stop.
"Hey Javier you taking me to school?" I turned to see my 'girlfriend' Veronica.

"Hey Vicky."I said pulling her into a hug and very long kiss."If your okay with riding the bike then I guess I'll take you. Just let me grab a jacket."I ran in and got my keys and black leather jacket along with a spare helmet for Vik.

It took roughly about ten minutes to get to school and another five to discover a spot. Some kid was about to steal it so I sped up and came to an abrupt stop smack dead between the lines. Nice.
"Hey! you saw me going for that spot!" I took my helmet off and ignored him.Vicky got off laughing which pissed the guy off even more.
"Excuse me, I know you hear me talking." he said. He had no idea who i was so I decided to show him my face. But then i saw the prettiest girl sitting next to him .She had the most captivating eyes in the entire world. Bright and gleaming, with worry I suppose. Her lips were outlined, full and plump.
I guess her boyfriend noticed me staring at her so he just drove off. I recognized him, he played football with me. Then i realized it was none other than Adrian. We used to be best friends. He then drove off.
"I guess you scared them off huh?"
"I guess I did", I said putting my arm around Vik and walking toward the school.Everyone stared at us as we walked by and all I had to do was stare right back, and they stopped.As soon as I stepped one foot in the building I heard his annoying Nazle voice, "Mr Gomez would you please got to the principals office, Mr Gomez to the principals office." Vicky went with her friends and I made my way to the principals office being stopped by my friends.
"Dude you haven't even been here for 5 minutes what could you have possibly done?" Asked my closet friend Jose.
" I don't know but I'm going to figure it out", I said walking off.The administrations office was really crowded,it took me 5 minutes to find an available chair.I looked around the room and the first person I just had to see was Jesse.I knew her name because she was in a few of my classes last year and her boyfriends the quarterback on the football team that I also happened to be on.I didn't notice that I was still staring at her. Crap!
when I looked up she was looking at me with an confused look. Thankfully the principal called me just in time.
"José please come in now."I quickly got up and went into his office.
"OK, before you start I just want to say that whatever I'm in trouble for... I didn't do it! I just got to school like, 10 minutes ago."
"You're not in here because you're in trouble and if I were you, I wouldnt be so quick to defend myself. You're in here because I know about your previous gang activities and I just wanted to let you know, this school has a strict policy against criminal or gang related subjects. And IF you go against this policy, you will be expelled effective immediately."
"Ok, well, you won't have any problems with that sir." I said giving him a solute and getting up. Vicky was waiting for me in the administration office."so what did he want?"
"Nothing just making sure my "gang related activities"won't affect the school." I said making air quotes.
"Speaking of that I need to talk to you about that after school I gotta go."I ran my hand through my hair and I saw Jesse quickly look away she was obviously snooping in on the conversion and before I knew what I was doing I started walking over there.

Hey guys sorry it took so long for an update I went on a little trip. I hope you guys liked the second chapter.
