Trapped between these four walls, I'm searching for that secret passage that no longer exists. The passage that used to let me visit other galaxies.
I thought that passage would last a thousand years, that I could show it to my children. I haven't even aged a year, and it's already gone.
I touch every corner of the wall, I look at the ceiling, the floor, I've even started emptying the cupboards, but it's not a joke, it's not a game. It has really disappeared.
I didn't even see any smoke, not a speck of dust. It's as if it had never existed.
It just vanished the same way it appeared... Like magic.
My heart is bleeding, my eyes are drowning. I'm completely brittle.
Now I'm truly alone, alone in this world that isn't mine, without any landmarks... Without any escape.
I try to move forward, as they often advise, but I walk, I know my feet are moving, but to where? I don't know where I'm going anymore. I'm lost.
