"So Pretty Boy, I never thought you'd be a motel guy." Morgan said, making him flush red and avoid eye contact as he felt both embarrassed and scared.

"What are you talking about?" Spencer asked as he logged onto his computer, avoiding looking at him.

"I also didn't think you liked muscle cars either." Elle said, making him freeze.

If they saw the car, then they saw Sam. Spencer could feel his breath catch at their words.

"You even got a hickey on your neck." JJ said, making Spencer instinctively put his hand on the mark Sam left.

"What?" Garcia said as she walked into the bullpen.

Now, all eyes were on him, making him panic. He knew he could lose his job if they said anything, but he felt too overwhelmed. "Why do you all care so much about my sex life? I get it. We tease and joke about each other's lives so much, but never like this. JUST DROP IT." He yelled the final words, making everyone look at him shocked.

"Reid." Hotch's voice rang, making Spencer freeze. "My office now." He said, making Spencer stand up nervously.

"Hotch this is not his." Morgan was cut off by Hotch.

"Reid." He repeated.

"Yes sir." Spencer said as he walked to Hotch's office. Hotch entered behind him before he closed the door. "I'm sorry, sir, for my outburst." Spencer said, but Hotch raised his hand as he sat down at his desk.

"I'm not upset about that. In fact I'm glad you stood up for yourself. But I wanted to talk to you about this anyway." He said, making Spencer freeze.

"You know?" Spencer asked, shocked.

"Yes I do know. Now, although I don't approve of this." He said, but Spencer cut him off.

"Please don't fire me." Spencer said, his voice breaking slightly.

"What?" Hotch said, surprised.

"I know it's standard, but please. I really love this job, I can't lose it." Spencer said, confusing Hotch even more.

"Reid, why would I fire you?" Hotch asked.

"The FBI doesn't want homosexuals in their ranks." Spencer said automatically. "But I've never been inappropriate at work. I've always been professional. Please Hotch, I can't lose this job." Spencer said, almost crying at the end.

"You're... a homosexual?" Hotch said slowly, making Spencer look confused.

"Technically I'm bisexual but, isn't this why you wanted to talk to me?" Spencer asked.

"No. I was going to talk to you about what you did about going to a motel after the case wasn't against any rules but how you shouldn't do it often." Hotch said. Spencer froze as he realized he outed himself. Now Hotch had to fire him. "Spencer." He said, making him look up at his boss, well soon to be ex-boss. "Spencer, you are one of the best agents in this unit, and your private life isn't anyone's concern. I will not fire you for something that you can't control." Hotch said.

"What?" Spencer asked, shocked.

"If you won't say anything, I won't either. I would like to keep you here for as long as we can." Hotch said. Spencer could only look at Hotch in shock. "You look like you're about to cry." Hotch said.

"Because I am." Spencer blurted out, making Hotch want to laugh before he stood up and walked towards the blinds, closing them before he walked over to Spencer and gave him a hug. "Hotch." Spencer said, surprised, before he hugged Hotch back and cried softly.
