Self harm;
The most destructive cycle I've ever encountered. Once you start, it's almost impossible to stop. The first time you do it you think. "I'm not gonna be one those cutters. I got this under control. It won't get bad." But before you know it, you've been doing it or over a year and you realize that you've addicted. You started doing it on your thigh but then it moved to both thighs, then it moved to your hips, and your wrists and arms and stomach (the list goes on and on) and eventually your whole body is covered in cuts and scars. But you're still able to get out the words "I have it under control." But do you? Do you really? Because by the looks of it, you lost control a long time ago darling. Some of these scars will last a lifetime. Why do you keep doing this? By now all of your friends know, they saw. Even your brother saw. You can deny it all you want but your addicted. You slowly begin to realize that you cannot stop and you can't even see yourself stopping. This is a self destructive behaviour and the worst past is, you're never satisfied. So if you're reading this, stop, please stop. It's so worth it. I promise you it is.
