Fanstasia pov:
Fantasia's heart raced as she processed Taraji's words. She looked into Taraji's eyes, searching for any hint of doubt, but all she saw was sincerity.
"Raji, I..." Fantasia began, her voice trembling slightly. "I never thought you felt the same way. I've been scared to admit my feelings because I didn't want to ruin our friendship. But now that I know... Yes, I'd love to go on a date with you."
Taraji's face lit up with a smile. "Really? That's amazing! How about we go out this Friday? Maybe dinner and a walk on the beach?"
They spent the rest of the afternoon talking, laughing, and planning their date. The tension that had once clouded their friendship began to dissolve, replaced by excitement and anticipation for what was to come. As the sun began to set, Taraji finally stood up to leave.
"I'll pick you up at seven on Friday," Taraji said, giving Fantasia one last lingering look before heading out the door.
Fantasia watched her go, her heart fluttering with a mix of nerves and excitement. She couldn't wait to see where this new chapter with Taraji would lead.
