Chapter 12 {deciding}

-Naruto's pov- 

Its been about a week since me and sasuke had that ...incident. We decided to stay with each other for the next few days to try and makeup for everything that went on. I was happy to be with him ofc, but recently hes been having nightmares.. crying and whimpering in his sleep. there was once he screamed and we both shot up. I comforted him. But no matter how hard i asked what was wrong..he wouldnt tell me. i hope its just a little phase. everyone has nightmares right? 

I woke up kinda of early this morning. Sasuke didnt have a fit last night, just some squirming around and quiet whimpering. It was 8:36 when i got up. I decided to make some breakfast for sasuke. he hasnt really been eating that much lately..

I made an some eggs, bacon, and hash browns. sasuke wont eat the bacon so i kinda made him a breakfast salad? I put some of his favorite veggies in a bowl with some hash browns and his eggs. and no, i did not forget to add extra tomatoes. i giggled to myself at sasukes obsession with the red vegetable.

"whats so funny?" i heard a quiet sentence fall out of sasukes mouth as he stood at the doorway of the kitchen. rubbing his eyes and yawning, he walked over to the table and sat down. I put his plate on the table and smiled at him hoping he would eat. 

He took a few bites of everything in the bowl but he didnt eat half of the food i made. I'm not angry, i just hope he eats soon. I got up to take care of our plates and i kissed his forehead. he giggled slightly and blushed. I smiled.

-Sasukes pov-

"naru, im going to go take a shower. i'll be out in a bit." i told him as i got up. but i quickly stopped when he spoke.

"okay sasu!" he paused, "i have a quick question. why dont we ever shower together?" my face froze along with my body. "I mean..ive seen your body before so..?" he spoke again. the truth is, he's never actually SEEN my body clearly. the light from the moon is the light we usually have whenever we..um yea. 

"I- i um...idk. but i really need a shower. be out soon!" i quickly ran off before he could stop me. my scars are most visible in the bathroom and i have no clue why. 

I took a warm shower. it felt nice on my skin. i was enjoying my shower quite well until i remembered that my older brother just turned 24. I let a tear escape my eye. a trembling breathe left my mouth as i sighed.  I suddenly didn't feel satisfied by the warm water touching my skin. 

I stepped out of the shower and wrapper a towel around me. I left the water running so naruto couldnt  hear my quietly weeps. I miss my brother so much. he was the only one who actually cared. My father told him to treat me like the black sheep of the family, so he did. but behind closed doors where my father could not see, itachi would cry to me begging for forgiveness. I was never mad at him, i knew everything my father told itachi, but they never knew i knew.

I sat on the floor crying for a good 10 minutes. I started to worry that naruto would end up coming in and ask whats taking so long. so i quickly got up and changed myself. i shut the water off and i brushed my teeth. I hung up my towel by the door and put my hand on the door handle. Thats when i decided, i was going to go see my brother

heyyy....so .....i was gonna post this a few hours ago but..um something happened and its kinda messing with me rn so im sorry. i dont really want to go to bed now so im gonna stay up making more chapter for you guys. I wanna make at least 2 more. anyways, i love you guys so much,have a good rest of your day or night wherever you are!!
