The Surprise!

Chapter 14 {lie}

(A/N) GUYSSS YESTERDAY WAS COMP DAY. It was my first marching band contest. andddd MY SCHOOL GOT 1ST PLACE!!! We got best affect. visual, and music! Aghh im just so surprised. I can't believe it. but lets get on with the book :)

-narutos pov-

"I want to go see my brother" sasuke finished his sentence as he stood up and looked at me. his face wasnt showing any signs of asking permission but i could see in his eyes that he was pleading me to be okay with it.

my eyes widened. "You what?!" i exclaimed. he tells me his entire back story of how he was treated and then he asks so go back there, 'No way! Sasuke you could get hurt again!" 

he shook his head "No!..well..yes. maybe. but im willing to take that chance! Naruto..i havent seen him in years. please! I need to see him." he started tearing up.

i felt bad. ofc. thats his brother. the only one who was there for him. but what if his brother hates him now? or forgot what he looked like? what if he doesnt know who he is? or if they moved? what if hes gone..? wait. 

"wait..you..sasuke you told me that your family was dead. i thought you were kidding about lying to me.?" I stood up quickly with my fists bawled up. why? why would he lie to me? 

"Yes but..i mean some of that is true! some of my family has passed!...actually...the ones that have died passed away during the 6 years ive been gone..i didnt get to see them one last time.." he hung his head. "please let me go." 

"I dont want you to get hurt sasu." i said to him, concerned. 

"listen, i know how to control my sharingan even better now. my fire is stronger and more controlled. im stronger naruto. Ive trained and worked out for 6 years straight. I can hold my ground, i know i can!" he exclaimed. i didnt answer. i dont want him to get hurt. 

"Naruto please..." he was practically on his knees now begging. i couldnt muster up the words to tell him that if i lose him then id die. i dont want to risk it.

He was quiet for a moment before he spoke again. "...i'll leave tomorrow at noon," he stood up straight and started to walk away. I reached out to grab his arm but he was out of reach almost immediately. "It takes an hour from here to the Uchiha mansion. I'll stay there for 2 days. If my brother is not there i will look for him." he paused one more time, by our room now on the other side of the living room. "You can come with me if you would like. if it makes you feel better. if you believe i'll be safer. if you think its best. but i'm going. I need to naru."he turned his head to look at me. there was no way to change his mind. So i sighed. 

"You have until before bed tonight to let me know. im packing now." i could tell he was hoping i would go. but if i go..i'm i'll hurt his family. I sighed and turned away. i heard him wince like i just stabbed him in the heart. 

-sasukes pov- 

why would he would he go. what was i thinking. im always alone in my decisions. whatever. I rolled my eyes as i opened my bedroom door. I slammed it shut when i was inside. i hope he heard it. unless he left the house before i got into the room. ugh. 

I grabbed my bag out of my closet and put some clothes in it. I grabbed an extra toothbrush from under my bathroom sink.  i sighed. I dont know why i feel so emotional right now. feel like... doing it again... 

"no..." i said to myself quietly. as a tear fell from my eye. it got kinda late. it was 5 pm now. i grunted, bored. I left the bathroom and went to lay down in bed but i saw naru was changing. shit...i walked in at the wrong time. I blushed a bit and looked away. i walked out of the room instead. "ugh. why.." i groaned to myself. I walked to the kitchen to make dinner before bed. 

i decided to make ramen. not just some ramen in a cup but i wanted to make my own ramen. cook the noodles and add the extras to it.  maybe it would convince naruto to come with me. He walked into the kitchen as i was cooking the noodles. I heard him clear his throat and i glanced over at him. That asshole was walking around shirtless. his hair was wet and there was still a few water droplets on his body. I quickly turned back to the stove with bright red spread across my face. "damn it.." i mumbled only audible to myself. I went to go open the cabinet with the bowls in it but suddenly he walked past me, brushing his arm against me. i shuddered. 

After about an hour, dinner was done. it was 6 now. I sat down at the table with naruto. I had less than half of a bowl of ramen. His bowl was full. He didn't realize dinner was done for like 5 minutes. He came into the kitchen after that and sat down. i could see his face light up at my cooking. 

We ate for awhile. in silence. i looked at the clock and it was 7 now. he hasnt said a word about leaving with me. Soon he was done eating and i took his bowl to take care of it along with mine. I heard his chair move form the table and footsteps leaving. then they suddenly stopped. i turned around and he was..behind me..

I shot my face back around and kept washing the dishes. I felt his finger tips slowly touch my back and i jumped a little. His hands started to snake around my waist and i felt his body pressed against mine. 

"sasu..." he mumbled in my ear. "i'm sorry.."

I shook my head at him. "its fine naruto." I went to walk away to put the dishes away but his hand stayed glued on my hips. I looked at him.

"Naruto?" i asked as he pulled me back to him. he mumbled under his breath and i asked him to repeat what he said. 

"i want to go.." he said quietly but loud enough for me to hear him. I jumped up slightly at the words and asked him if he was serious. He nodded and I wrapped him in a hug. 

"I know its not much but it means a lot to me for you to come with me. Thank you naru" he blushed slightly as I smiled. He leaned down planted a soft kiss on my lips before lays his head on my shoulder.

wellllll..that was such a fun chapter. im very sorry i didnt get to write anything this weekend, i was really busy. but i hope you guys liked this chapter. you are loved, have a good rest of your day or night wherever you are!
