Suddenly, the phone rang again, but I did not pick it up. I was in shock. How could this happen? The phone rang again. I tried to throw the phone but remembered the warning:
"It is a warning. I am going to send a video. Please pick up the phone after watching the video."
I picked up the phone. He laughed at me and said,
"Did you like the video? Well, it was fun last night. What do you think? do you know you were saying you need more? I was shocked. If I did more, you would die. It looks like the drug was very heavy."
I scolded him. I warned him, but before I completed my sentence, he said,
"I wouldn't dare to do so if I were you. Who knows how viral this video might get if you do so? But I know that your life won't be the same after that."
He warned me not to commit suicide.
"If you remain silent and forget about what happened here, then you can continue your life as it was. You may want to escape from this by dying, but the outcome would still be the same. If you commit suicide, then we will still circulate this video. Even if you are not around, the people you know will be around."
He continued to threaten me. He left me in a situation where I could neither die nor live and went out while laughing.
I couldn't take what was happening to me and ended up crying louder and louder. But he was laughing on the other side. Suddenly he said to me,
"Shut up,"
but I was not listening to him. I was emotionally broken. Then he said,
"Stop crying, otherwise I will release the video."
I did not know how to handle my emotions at that time. I couldn't do anything but torment myself about the horrible experience I went through and returned to Kathmandu. When I returned to Kathmandu, all I could do was cry and be unable to do things normally. One of my fans saw me and started shouting. I told the person to please stop, but the person didn't stop. A crowd started to surround me, and I told the person to shut up in a loud voice. The person said,
"How rude you are. People like you just want fame."
The crowd started saying I was rude, but they didn't know what I was suffering from. Then I slowly started approaching my home.
When I got to my home, I saw Maya drinking in my room. As soon as she saw me, she started to blame me. She said,
"Why did you have to humiliate me so much? Because of you, I have been getting insulted by others. You humiliated me first, so remember this when I say I am going to humiliate you too."
She didn't say anything to me after that and went to her room. Then, she left home the next morning without even letting me know. I thought I would have someone who would hear me out, who would understand my suffering when I returned home. But I was left all alone in the end. I thought she was my best friend. Aren't friends supposed to care about each other and support each other? I don't even know what happened to her, but I had to take all the blame for everything that happened to her. Why is life so unfair to me?
After a while, I asked others about what had happened at the party. They insulted me at first but told me everything and that she was leaving Nepal that day. I hurried to the airport. When I saw her at the airport, she ignored me and left Nepal. I thought we could talk it out if I met her before she left. But I didn't know what to do after that and just cried in my room. Soon, my neighbors had enough of me. They began shouting at me every time due to the dirty room and the bad smell coming from my room.
I had enough of them. Every day I went to the police station, but then I remembered the blackmail that made me return.
I stopped at a store on my way home. It was the store where Maya and I used to buy goods from, so the store owner knew me. While I was shopping, he asked me about what had happened and told me that if I needed any help, he would help me if he could. I cried, asking for a room and a job. He provided me with a room at his house and a cashier job in his shop. Then I moved to my new room. Ram slowly started to invite me to dinners and lunches and give me bonuses. I felt insecure, so I planned to run away, but while I was preparing to run away, Ram came to my room and invited me to dinner. After seeing my suitcase, which probably made him realize that I was planning to run away, he said,
"I lost my family, both my daughter and my wife, in an accident. You remind me of my daughter, so I invited you. Sorry, from today I will never be inviting you."
I was shocked because, before that, everyone saw my faults only. After hearing him, I changed my mind. I went to have dinner and continued to live there. We lived happily after that, and I started seeing Ram as my father. For four years, I lived a good life, but those days are already gone now. I don't think there is anything that makes me want to cling to life anymore. If I am gone, then I am sure that my past did not follow me. Priya died.
In the morning, Ram went to Priya's room and called her by knocking on her room door, but Priya did not reply. Ram thought Priya was sleeping, so he went alone to the shop and continued his job, but he felt odd about Priya. Because Priya did not come to the shop until 1 PM, Ram felt something was wrong and he went to Priya's room and knocked on the door, but Priya did not open the door. After that, Ram felt something was wrong and he broke down the door. He saw Priya hanging from the ceiling fan, and she was dead.
After that, Ram was shocked and called the police.
