At Planet Rimbara, Yaya, Ying and Fang were defeated by Retak'Ka Darkwood form. They couldn't not stand up and cannot try to fight back.
Retak'Ka: How pathetic you are? You children should realize not to fought me.
Retak'Ka then warp them with his thick vines. Suddenly, he heard a sound.
Zyu Zyu Shooting!
He quickly avoid and turn around and try to find the shooter.
Retak'Ka: Huh? Come on and show yourself!
Then a boy come on from the abandoned house.
Retak'Ka: Who are you?
Until, Woz come out of nowhere and bring his book.
Woz: He is the new user of Kamen Rider Zi-o. Theo Kale.
Theo: You're must be Retak'Ka. You must stop this chaos.
Retak'Ka: Hmph. You think you tell me to stop?
Theo: Then you will regret.
He then put his Zikudriver on his waist.
Zikudriver!
He took out his Zi-o Ridewatch and insert it to the right.
Zi-o!
Theo: Henshin!
He press the button and spin it.
Kamen Rider! Zi-o!
He transform into Kamen Rider Zi-o.
Woz: Rejoice! The one to inherit all Rider powers, the time king who will rule over the past and the future! His name is Kamen Rider Zi-O!
Retak'Ka: A king? You really think you are king, little boy?
Zi-O: Of course, I am. I am the King who inherited of all Rider. Now, let me show you what I made of.
He took out the Kabuto Ridewatch and turn the faceplate and press the button.
Kabuto!
He then insert it to the left side and he press the button and spin it.
Kamen Rider! Zi-O! Armor Time! (Electronic beat mixed with Kabuto Zecter post-Rider Form noises) Change Beetle! Kabuto!
A Kabuto Zecter appear and split it and then the armor attached on Zi-o armor and turn into Zi-O Kabuto Armor form.
Zi-o: Clock up.
He then dash toward Retak'Ka and punch him multiple times and Zi-o kick him and sent him away to the rock boulder and fall down to the ground.
Retak'Ka: You think you can... beat me... LIKE I WAS NOTHING?!?! RETAK'KA VOLTRA!
Retak'Ka Darkwood change his form to Voltra. He then dash toward Zi-o. Zi-o turn around and punch him but Retak'Ka hit him with his Voltra sword and sent him far away and landed on the ground. Zi-o stand up and took off the Kabuto Ridewatch and took out his Zi-o II Ridewatch.
Zi-o: I better use this.
He then took out the Zi-o Ridewatch. He then split the Zi-o II Ridewatch into two Ridewatch and then insert it on the Zikudriver and press the button and spin it.
Rider Time! (Sytheziser tone) Kamen Rider~! (Rider~!) Zi-O! (Zi-O!) Zi-O~! II!
He transform into Kamen Rider Zi-o II. He then use his future sights. He saw Retak'Ka Voltra attacking him from behind and hit him with his Voltra swords. He awake from reality and turn around and use his Saikyo Girade to block Retak'Ka Voltra swords when Retak'Ka was infront of him. Retak'Ka was shocked and unbelievable.
Retak'Ka: What?!
Zi-o: You think you can sneak behind me to attack me?
Zi-o then swing his sword and hit him. He then slash his sword at Retak'Ka multiple times and then sent him to the sky and then fall down to ground. Zi-o then use his Saikyo Girade and combined with Zikan Girade and he press the trigger to perform his slash finisher. He rise his sword and a katakana word appear on the sword and then he slam his sword towards the falling Retak'Ka and hit him and cause him to explode.
Retak'Ka was force to transform back to his original form and try to stand up and then he looks at Zi-o II standing infront of him.
Zi-o: Now, you have defeated by me. Why don't you surrender?
Retak'Ka: Surrender? (Chuckle) You think I will surrender? Retak'Ka Gamma!
He transform into Gamma form.
Retak'Ka: Gamma Shot!
He released a powerful shot towards Zi-o II. Zi-o didn't react or move until it him hit and explode. When the smoke was clear, Zi-o II was not there anymore. Retak'Ka Gamma then transform back to normal.
Meanwhile after the event, in a place of time and space, Time Mazine was hovering. The new user of Kamen Rider Zi-o, Theo managed to survive and escape using his Time Mazine.
