Rehearsal had finally finished for the week, and to say that YN, Samantha, and Tamara were exhausted was an understatement. The three of them were sprawled out in different parts of the floor, trying to catch their breaths.

YN lay on her back, her chest heaving as she stared up at the ceiling. Samantha was on her side, one arm draped over her forehead, and Tamara had her legs propped up against the wall, her eyes closed.

"Oh my god," YN said between breaths. "That has got to be the most intense practice we've had in forever," she said, looking over at Samantha.

"No doubt," Samantha agreed, her voice muffled by her arm. "I feel like my lungs are about to collapse."

Tamara groaned, shifting slightly. "I think every muscle in my body is on fire. Who knew performing at an after-party would require this much effort?"

Samantha sent a glance at YN, her eyes holding a mixture of exhaustion and something unspoken. YN, being the leader of the group, had to make sure things ran smoothly. But she also knew the tension simmering just beneath the surface between the three of them.

Ever since the incident, Samantha had made it her mission not to speak to Tamara until she was ready to forgive her for cheating on her while also betraying YN. The silence between them was palpable, even more so during moments like this when they were all forced into close proximity by their shared passion for performing.

YN sighed inwardly. The strain was evident, and it affected the group's dynamic. She knew they needed to address the issue, but after such an intense practice, now wasn't the time.

"I knew it would be tough, but this is next level," YN said, slowly sitting up. She glanced at the clock on the wall. "We've been at it for seven hours straight. I can't believe we still have another week of this."

Samantha rolled onto her back and sighed deeply. "It's going to be worth it, though. Imagine how amazing it will feel to be up on that stage, performing in front of all those people. The adrenaline will kick in, and we'll nail it."

Tamara nodded, her legs sliding down the wall as she sat up. "You're right. Plus, it's not every day we get to share a stage with artists like Lizzo and Billie Eilish. We have to bring our A-game."

YN smiled, her exhaustion momentarily forgotten. "Yeah, and think about the outfits. I can't wait to see how they turn out. The stylist's sketches were really good."

"True," Samantha said, sitting up as well. "I'm already imagining how the jumpsuit will look under the stage lights. It's going to be epic."

Tamara grinned. "And my fuchsia fit? I'm going to feel like a superstar. But first, I need a hot bath and about twelve hours of sleep."

YN laughed, pushing herself to her feet and offering a hand to Samantha. "Agreed. Let's get out of here and rest up. We deserve it."

The three of them slowly gathered their things, wincing at their sore muscles.

Before they exited the rehearsal space, YN stopped the both of them. "I know things have been tough, and we're all dealing with our own stuff. But we're a team, and we have to pull together, especially now."

Samantha's gaze flickered to Tamara and then back to YN. "I know," she said quietly. "But it's hard. Trust is hard."

Tamara's face softened, a hint of remorse in her eyes. "I get it. And I'm sorry. I really am. I just want us to get through this together."
