For that you should be dead

A man watched, from outside Yuuri's window. He could tell Yuuri was exhausted from how quickly he had fallen asleep after lying down. Yuuri slept well sometimes, but more often than not he would lie in his bed, awake during the night. It seemed like, to the man, that Yuuri had insomnia. But Yuuri hadn't gone to see a doctor about it, so he didn't have any confirmation or meds to help him sleep.

It was concerning that Yuuri couldn't get enough sleep, especially since he did such intense training. It also made it harder for the man to plant cameras and have time to take pictures of Yuuri. Yuuri sleeping was always one of the man's favorite ways to take pictures of Yuuri. Of course, there were other activities the man would love to take pictures of Yuuri doing, but those thoughts were left for his nighttime fantasies.

The man was even more concerned, as Yuuri had been crying earlier and hadn't even gone to practice. Yuuri never missed practice, even if he was sick. The man knew of at least four times that Yuuri's coach, Celestino, had to send Yuuri home because he was too sick to practice on the ice.

This disrupted the man's schedule, as he planned on "bumping into" Yuuri outside the rink. But when Yuuri never showed up, he had to rush back to the hotel to try and find him. He had never lost Yuuri like that before. He had been in the slightly wrong place before, sure, but the panic he had felt when he didn't see Yuuri after twenty minutes of waiting was something the man did not wish to repeat.

He found Yuuri crying, letting his tears fall until they stopped. He didn't know what to think. Why was his love doing this? Yuuri often got overwhelmed by his anxiety, mainly because he couldn't take his medication if he wanted to safely skate and train on the ice. But this time was not due to his anxiety, the man could tell.

The man's phone rang, interrupting his thoughts. He answered it quickly, not wanting to risk waking up Yuuri.

"Hello?" "JD, where are you? I thought we were meeting for drinks tonight." The man, now known as JD, groaned. He had forgotten he was going to meet with some other Yuuri fans tonight.

JD wasn't really a member of their "club" if you could even call it one. The members included two women in their late twenties, Ella and Mai, and a man in his early thirties, Haru. They met up weekly at a bar to discuss what Yuuri had been up to that week, and if there had been any threats made against Yuuri. They would check in where Yuuri had gone, who he had interacted with, and just generally how he was doing.

Usually, there wasn't too much to report. Yuuri didn't do as much stuff or go out as much as his friend Phichit, who was number one on the club's "Threats to Us" list. (Many people from Yuuri's college and rink, particularly the hockey players, were on that list. Even though Yuuri never really noticed or interacted with them.)

Yuuri and Phichit lived together, for one, and both men trained and interacted with each other every day. The only reason they hadn't taken him out yet was because he gave them ample pictures and information on their Yuuri.

Phichit's pictures included where the pair went, what they liked to do, who they hung out with, and lots more information that one of the members, Ella, compiled into a Google Doc titled, "All About Yuuri <3". So he was important for their mission. Without Phichit, they would also not have information on as many international threats to Yuuri. For some figure skaters, Phichit gave them the most information on them and their relationship with Yuuri.

JD gladly volunteered to kill anyone who got too close to Yuuri, and he was also the main person in charge of filming Yuuri's movements. Mai was in charge of taking and editing pictures of Yuuri for them to save and share with each other. Some of the good pictures, JD's favorites, he posted on his social media accounts. Especially the ones where he was able to see some of Yuuri's skin.
