In a small house, a man took a sip of his soup when he heard a knock on the door. The alpha was about to check the door when another alpha stopped him.

"You continue your meal; I'll check who it is, hyung."

Hoseok said, getting up from the chair and walking towards the door. He opens the door, and a gasp leaves his lips, seeing the man.

"Oh my luna! You're alive."

Hoseok said, not believing Jungkook is alive. His eyes brim with tears, and he immediately hugs his friend.

"Who is it, darling?"

Yoongi asks, walking towards the entrance, and his eyes widen seeing his best friend.

"Hyung."

Jungkook smiles upon seeing his best friend, and Yoongi immediately hugs his friend. His eyes gathered with tears, thanking Luna for his best friend being alive.

"Jungkook—my god."

Yoongi said, but Jungkook immediately motioned for him to let him enter inside the house, as he doesn't want to be seen by others and Yeonjun to get know he's alive.

"Oh! Luna, I'm so happy you're alive. You don't know how much we missed you, thinking you are no more. Where were you all this time?"

Yoongi asks, and Jungkook looks for his other friend.

"I'll tell you guys, but where is Namjoon Hyung?"

Jungkook asks, looking for his friend.

"He lives in the next house with his mate. I'll immediately fetch him."

Hoseok said, and Jungkook nodded his head. As Hosoek walks away, the younger alpha looks at the older alpha.

"You both had mated."

Jungkook said, seeing the similar marking on both of their necks. He always knew Hosoek and Yoongi liked each other despite they're alphas.

"Yeah, Namjoon also finds a mate. An omega named Hye-kiyo."

Yoongi said, and Jungkook smiles seeing his friends are happily mate.

[Time skip]

"I knew it; that old omega was behind everything because how would a purebred alpha like you die so easily? I had been trying to find proofs against since he banished us from the palace."

Yoongi said, after Jungkook has told him everything that happened to him.

"What happened exactly? Why didn't you all go back to the palace with Jimin?"

Jungkook asks, curious to know why his friends have left Jimin alone.

"Yeonjun threatened us; he will stop giving water excess to northern villages, as only his father’s kingdom has rights on the Shiam River."

Hoseok said, gritting his teeth. He has never liked Yeonjun in the first place, but he never voiced it out till now.

"He even threatened me to harm Hye-kiyo. She was pregnant at that time. So we didn't have any choice but left Jimin alone. I hope you can understand that."

Namjoon said, and Jungkook nodded his head, understanding his friend's side.

"I understand that, hyung's. And I need your help, hyung's. Would you help me?"

Jungkook asks, and Yoongi looks at his friend.

"You don't need to ask Jungkook. We're always on your side."

Yoongi said, and Jungkook smiled at his friend.

"Do you have a plan?"

Hoseok asked, and Jungkook nods his head.

"Yes, one of us needs to travel to Park Kingdom because they had kept Choi's right-hand man locked there, and he knew every thing Yeonjun's father had done. By this, I'll be able to prove that Choi’s had locked me all this time."

Jungkook said, and Namjoon agreed to go to the Park’s kingdom as he has better communication skills regarding this.

"Hoseok Hyung, you'll find out about what's exactly happened to my parents. How they died. I highly believe Yeonjun is behind my parents deaths."

Jungkook said, and Hosoek can feel the raw emotion in his friend's voice.

"I and Yoongi will gather proof that Yeonjun and Taemin were behind everything. I fear what Yeonjun will do if he spots the mating mark on Jimin's neck. We also need a team of fighters; as per my knowledge, some of Choi’s army is mixed up in our army. So, we'll gather a team too."

Jungkook said, looking at Yoongi, and the male nodded his head.

"Alright then we'll start working on our mission from tomorrow early in the morning."

Hoseok said, and they all nodded their heads.

"Now, Jungkook, get some rest."

Namjoon said, but Jungkook shook his head.

"I need to meet Jimin. I promised him, I wouldn't miss a day without meeting him."

Jungkook said, and his friend shared a smiling look.
