(Noldrath and his wives are seen ready to fight Y/N's team as they charge at each other. Haruhime charges at Irina, Enterprise fires at Ravel, Asuka clashes her sword with Serafall's wand, Yagyu hits Ophis' stomach with ehr umbrella, Eula dodges Runeas' attacks, Kiana and Rin exchange blasts, and Raiden Mei charges at Tamamo no Mae. Meanwhile Y/N, Decade (Hibiki), Gwenom, Nia and Reisen circle Noldrath and lightly push him, goading him to attack. He eventually fires out with a kick that forces them back. Reisen attacks, but Noldrath blocks a several bullets from her and knocks her back with a knee to her chin. He blocks a punch from Decade and electrocutes his face. This leaves him open to Y/N, who slashes him in the face from the side. Y/N follows through with a flaming kick, knocking Noldrath to the ground. As he gets to his knees, Gwenom pummels his face with her fists. As Noldrath falls, Gwen kicks him in the face, and Y/N jumps on his back as he rolls over onto his stomach. Y/N, Gwenom, Decade and Nia all mercilessly kick Noldrath while he is down, while Reisen recovers and stands back to his feet. Beaten to the ground, Noldrath can do nothing as Gwenom picks him up and wraps him in a sleeper hold. As Noldrath chokes and struggles for breath. Even in a nearly helpless state though, he manages to transform into his dragonoid form. Gwenom realizes that, and breaks the sleeper. She leaps up and grabs a roof section of a store in the nick of time, as Noldrath cuts loose with a lightning attack directed through the ground. The other heroes are caught by the attack and rendered unconscious. Gwenom jumps back down as Noldrath stands back up.)
Noldrath: Desist. You can never beat me.
(Gwenom tries to attack Noldrath, who quickly dodges her attacks.)
(Gwenon tries to hit him with her tendrils, but he blocks her attack with his Rhongomyniad as he slowly pushes he back, making her back away as she tries to hit him with a kick, but he grabs her.)
Noldrath: No wonder you couldn't save your father and your friend.
(He grinds Gwenom in a wall ashe throws her down, and finally he stabs her chest. Y/N slowly gets up as Pyra and Mythra nod in agreement, and combine together, becoming Pneuma before changing to their blade form. As Y/N picks it up, his clothes change, becoming a white with crystalized borders. He then dashes at Noldrath, and kicks him as he didn't have time to block. Noldrath then blasts a black fire ball at him, but he deflects the fireball as the Black Dragon tries to block his attack, but gets hit by a barrage of punches to the sternum. Noldrath rallies with an overhead strike, but Y/N catches both his arms. For a moment, the two kombatants struggle to break the other's grip. Y/N breaks first - to pummel Noldrath in the side repeatedly. He then lands a right hook that staggers the Black Dragon, then a roundhouse kick that takes him to his knees.)
Noldrath: (gets up) I heard about your blade's transformation... but she's not the only one with the ability to transform.
(Noldrath then unlocks his final transformation.)

Noldrath: (roars)
Y/N: So this is your true form, eh?
(Noldrath breathes a combination of Black Fire and Black Lightning, barely blowing Y/N away. He then flies at him as he barely dodges. Noldrath then swings his claws at Y/N, who blocks his attack, and slashes his snout, making him roar angrily as he tries to hit him with a lightning coated tailswag, but Y/N dodges the attack, and slashes his snout again. As Noldrath is seemingly brought down, Y/N slashes him, but he gets up and breathes black lightning, blowing him away. Y/N gets up as Noldrath unleashes a flurry of Black Lightnings. He charges at him while dodging the lightnings until he combines all elements within the Aegis Blade, and slashes Noldrath with all his power, managing to defeat him as he falls down and reverts back to his human form.)
Noldrath: (weakly) Impossible... how... could you? You couldn't have... ugh... ugh...
(Noldrath then dies as Y/N sees the Union Headmasters arriving. He gets in his fighting stance, but his allies, and surprisingly Kugouji and Acheron come in.)
Kugouji: So this is where the final battle will happen, huh?
Acheron: This is our last battle in this world.
????: Indeed it will.
(Then Malos appears as he prepares to fight.)
Malos: Soon this world will succumb to the darkness!
(Dooms Geats comes in as well as he prepares to help Y/N's team in their final battle.)
