Lloyd Garmadon is hung on a sign and the villagers are laughing at him while the four ninja eat candy in front of him to mock him.
???: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!
The Ninja and the villagers turn around to see it's Adina and she does NOT look happy at what she's seeing.
Jay: Adina! We're just taking care of things here.
Adina: (angry) Humiliating a poor child is what you're doing!!
Adina storms over, pushes Jay and Cole aside, climbs up the pole, picks up Lloyd and jumps down.
Adina: (to the villagers) All of you, go home! NOW!
The villagers looked rather startled and quickly scattered off.
Adina: (glares at the Ninja) You four, go back to the monastery! I'll be starting your punishment when I get back.
Kai: P... punishment?
The boys nervously go back to their dragons. Once the boys are gone, Adina gently rocks back and forth while holding Lloyd.
Adina: (gently) Shh, shh, shh, shh. It's okay, young one. The big bullies are gone.
Lloyd: Who... who are you?
Adina: My name's Adina.
Lloyd: (cries softly) Are you an angel?
Adina: (smiles) A what?
Lloyd: An angel. No one's been nice to me before.
Adina feels bad for the kid.
Adina: Oh, you poor, sweet thing. (looks around) Do you know where your parents are?
Lloyd: I don't know.
Adina: If you want, I take you to the monastery where I live.
But Lloyd didn't want to face the ninja that humiliated him.
Adina: (notices his look) If you don't want to, I understand. But I'm gonna make sure the big bullies are punished.
Lloyd: Okay. Thank you, Adina.
Adina: Your welcome, young one. What's your name?
Lloyd: It's... It's Lloyd.
Adina: That's a very nice name.
Lloyd: Yeah. I should go now.
Adina: (concerned) Are you going to be okay... on your own,
Lloyd: (unconvincingly) Yeah. I'll be fine, I think.
Adina: Okay. Good luck, Lloyd. Be safe.
Lloyd: Bye, Adina.
Adina: Bye, Lloyd. (Lloyd leaves)
(Later, back at the monastery)
Adina returns. She enters the monastery, enters the bathroom, fills the bathtub with cold water, uses her powers to make it icy cold and turns on the bathroom AC to make the bathroom freezing. She goes back outside where Wu lectured the Ninja about the Green Ninja prophecy.
Adina: Kai, Jay, Cole and Zane... it's time for your punishment.
Jay: W... what is the punishment.
Adina: Your four are going to have a bath.
Zane: A bath? That's quite an unusual punishment.
Kai: Yeah. That sounds nice.
Adina: Not just any bath. It's an EXTREME ICE bath.
Cole: (gets nervous) E-E... Extreme.
Adina explains about the extreme ice bath.
Adina: You four will stay in there for three hours.
Cole, Jay, Zane and Kai: (in unison) WHAT?!
Jay: Are you crazy?! What if we freeze?!
Adina: You'll be fine. You need to know that actions have consequences. You four will have frostbites for a couple weeks, but you'll live. Now, get in the bath, or I'll carry you all there.
The Ninja are more terrified of Adina than the ice bath, so they quickly got in.
