Chapter 23 - I Want You Back

Sam is looking at her wife, who is sleeping like she doesn't want to wake up at all.

Her tears all dry up, nothing left to shed. Sam is mourning for their baby loss, at same time she is worried about her wife. She felt so alone, even her family is with her.

She doesn't know how would she tell the news to her wife, how will Mon take it. Mon love the baby more than anything.

People come and goes by, but she didn't move from her place, its already night time. Becky and Freen are there, but Sam didn't pay any attention to her surrounding.

Everyone asked her to eat, but how can she eat in this condition, she can't, doesn't have any appetite, the food will be poison to her.

She remembered what Mon said while they went for their honeymoon. She is begging and crying to her wife to wake up.

"Baby, just wake up. You make me worried. Its been more than 24 hours, how much sleep you need. Mon, Baby please wake up. Why you are doing this to me. I am begging you Mon, I am begging you, please wake up"

Freen came in, she took the sofa and kept the food on the table.
"Phi, I bring food please eat something,  atleast drink some water"

Sam didn't answered. She just staring at her wife.
After a while, Becky came in, she asked Sam to eat

"Why you all are forcing me, I don't want to eat, to sleep, don't you understand me, looked at my wife she is not responding me"
Sam is shouting, she doesn't care what other will say

"I know Sam, I know, did you forget she is my twin. We are also her family. We all worried. But you are torturing yourself, what will happened if you collapsed without food and sleep. If she wake up, what will she say"

"So better you wake her up"
"If I can, I would do that long time ago, looked at yourself Sam. My sister is strong person, nothing will happen to her"
"We lost out baby, What will I answered if she asked after she woke up"

Becky took a deep breath
"I am sorry about the baby, but atleast she is alive, Sam I know what you are going through, but think a little.
She will schold me, for not taking care of you, you know she always schold us right, you scared of her, me too. So listen to me, eat something. Please think about my sister."

Sam looked at her wife, who is still sleeping. This time, she didn't argue, she move towards the sofa, open the food package, she just gulped few spoon, she didn't chew it, just swallow it. Drink a bottle of water. Then run towards her post, asked Becky to give her chair.

"OK I can look after her"
"Sam you need some sleep"
"Rebecca, stop pressuring me, I can't sleep without her"

Becky looked at her sister-in-law. She gave up, Becky know she can't argue at that. She slowly sit up, let Sam sit on the chair.

Afterwards, Becky and Freen left the room.

"Baby, can you hear my, Please wake up."
Sam touch Mon's hand she slowly stroking making figure on it.

Sam continue, begging her wife, asked her to wake up, Mon fingers move a little, she groan. Sam suddenly push the red button.

Next few minutes, Dr Ray and his team come with few nurses. They check up Mon, Mon slowly looked around, when she saw Sam, she smile a little.

Mon is ok, but it's time for Sam to console her wife for their lost.

Everyone left, including Becky and Freen. They give the couple their time. Everyone know Mon will asked about their baby first.

Sam move towards her wife. Hold Mon's face and kiss on forehead.
"Do you have any pain?"
"Uhmm my body ache"
"Ok take rest, Baby I will be here, if you need anything"
