LONGING FEELINGS
I was spending my lovely time checking some stats for the players with Momoi. I was busy tallying and etc.
Momoi was busy with attendance until she blew a fuse, "AHOMINE IS NOT HERE AGAIN?! SHEESH, THAT GUY!"
Baffled with what happened, the players stopped for a second and then continued on with their training.
Momoi was in a terrible state, having her period on the week of the tournament. Amazing that she could still hold out. She asked 'nicely' where Aomine was, but no response was good.
The coach noticed Momoi's impatience flowing rigorously so he asked me to find Aomine. So I went on a journey.
I checked the possible sites where Aomine could've been: classroom, no luck; rooftop, nope; cafeteria, nope. Then I thought that maybe he went home , but just to make sure, I checked the old gym.
And there he was, dozing off on the bleachers. I yelled at him, "AHOMINE! For heaven's sake."
I approached him and it seemed that he didn't hear a thing from me.
Looking at him right now, he looked soooo hot. His hand on his somach, sliding his shirt up, exposing his abs. I stared at him.
Aomine had been my friend ever since middle school, though we were in different schools. I met him because of Momoi, being the best of friends we were. And ever since then, I adored Aomine's great talent. Until it became love. I really liked him. But with his relationship so tight with Momoi, I kept thinking that I had no chance, so I just decided to supress these feelings.
I snapped out of my daydream the moment he said,
"Like what you see?"
With his words, I blushed. I tried to hide it,
"AHO! Keep dreaming!" Putting the back of my hand on my face.
He snickered, "Okay then, I'm going to sleep and dream. Don't try anything, mmmkay?"
I was still flustered but my mouth uttered, "Okay... Fine. Wait, no! Aomine Daiki. You will stand up right now and you will march to the gym and train!"
He peaked for a bit then smirked.
I have got to admit, Aomine is by far the best player I've known. Still...
"You're lucky, you know. To play basketball without anyone stopping you yet here you are, wasting it." I said without even thinking but it captured his attention. He looked at me with distraught looks. I might as well continue.
"I really love basketball... Being able to dribble it freely and challenge you're opponent. I would really love to be able to p---"
Then he cut me off, "Why won't you play? That ain't a problem, right?"
"You don't understand." I murmured.
I really don't want to share my sad story with Aomine. I can't tell him that I was the captain of my middle school in basketball. And that I was at my debut in my basketball career, until my parents stopped me simply because it was a men's sport. 'Why can't I disagree?' It's because they're absolute. Oh how many times I wished that I could play again and feel my team's hardwork on the court. I guess Aomine wouldn't really understand me being a one-man team.
"Tch." He replied
The atmosphere felt very awkward so I made a deal with him, "How about we play a game? One-on-one. First to score 5 points wins." I said with arrogance in my voice.
"Do you really think you can beat me?" He said with boast.
I put on a smug face and cracked my fingers,
