Mia Claribelle could feel Starlight's Mana exuding from her body. She was angered by the fact that Citrine managed to reach Sword Realm Level that quickly.
But what transpired was just absurd, because her pride was shattered. Her arrogant demeanor and everything related to her just to beat Citrine. Suddenly she was now beside her again.
How can she close the gap?
She dwelled too much in her pride, but she firmly regained her composure.
‘Ms. Selena was terrifying her Sword Realm level Aura was leaking!’ Mia, her trustworthy companion, was afraid to utter a word right now.
Selena’s eyes only glanced at Ein. He was different, he didn't break down, and not even a sweat of fear could be seen on his face.
Mia was flabbergasted. ‘Just how is he composed!?’ Mia can't help it, a person like Ein is like a leech.
Mia kept thinking negative things about Ein, but Selena saw him as a powerful individual. Even stronger than her past if he grew and lived much longer.
‘Just what did she see on this fraud?’ Mia just couldn't help it but also threw some insults.
“Tell me how she reached the Sword Realm?”
“Through her efforts.” He answered.
The two are not close whatsoever, this infuriates Mia even further. How can he say so informally and rudely in front of Selena.
“Efforts, you think you can trick me! I knew something was wrong when I saw the pillar of light!”
“So?”
“Don't “So” me, Mr. Frederick, I know even Amethyst isn't capable of doing that kind of magic.”
“Are you sure about that?”
“Of course, you think I don't set my eyes on other students? I'm not careless when it comes to choosing my allies.”
“You're honest with your remarks, but you won't get anything from me.”
“Then if I'm not, I won't be here standing on my own two feet.”
“Well you truly are an arrogant Starlight, and I think that indeed suits you. Your arrogance can truly be described once they face you.”
These remarks caught Mia Claribelle off guard. She was about to throw her hands at him by cursing him.
But Selena's gaze didn't waver.
“Mia, please hold your bloodlust down. I'm speaking to Frederick with my volition!” Selena was indeed furious by her outburst.
She was about to lash out at Ein, but Selena prevented her.
‘W-Why!’ Mia couldn't understand it.
“It seems you know how to handle your people.”
“Naturally, if I'm not this capable then who would? Then I'm asking once again. Would you like to join me?”
“What about the questions from earlier, already redirected?” He smiled.
“I already guess you won't answer, but I know it's related to you on how she reached that level. Even if I don't know, I will surely find some ways, you are a unique individual. The talent you possess is what I need.”
“I can give you anything, just name it.”
“Is that your offer?” He looked at her, he thought the conversation was different. But it was not, it was the same proposition every time they met.
