Selena Starlight and Citrine Sunlight are the two Backbone of the Empire’s pillars. The two have a long history and today.
The two are currently standing in the arena. The two were always in a duel wanting to be superior to the others.
“So how did we get to this?” Ein questions it.
“Perhaps those two just have bad blood with each other or just a misunderstanding.” Amethyst added as she's also a spectator.
Selena Starlight requested a duel with Citrine Sunlight, it was using a real weapon. From their hands, Selena used a Broadsword just like Citrine. Both have the same weapons.
Ein could see the abundant students who were watching as well. Since this was a new topic from the Academy, the two most powerful families were in a duel.
Somewhere in the crowd, Nyx Opal's eyes weren't on the duel rather she set her eyes on the true Monster. Her eyes kept glancing at Ein, He was able to use Aura and Magic at the same time, and he was able to subdue a Succubus with ease.
‘Is he acquainted with the Princess and the future Sage?’ Nyx doesn't remember him at all, since Amethyst nor the princess even approach them from their past life.
‘Perhaps, a variable that we didn't realize since I regressed my senses is the same as my past life.’ Nyx added.
‘But if that's the case, how did those two manage to get close to him?’
This is the first time Nyx has been frustrated when it comes to investigating someone. Despite him coming from a Viscount family, the Fredericks are rather modest since they value their land and its people. But not to the point of being like a Saint in the eyes of the public.
What Nyx became even more frustrated about is how on earth, he became a Sword Saint, and able to use Magic. She can't even find a pivot point that connects it. Is it talent? Or is he a regressor like her? She doesn't know what to answer.
But in this new life of hers, Citrine, Amethyst, and Selena are supposed to be weaker than her, but somehow the three are almost comparable to her. Citrine awakened her Aura early, while Amethyst was able to cast magic Chantless.
For Selena, she was quite strong even in her past life but now she's even stronger than before.
Ein was casual but his eyes changed into a fierce Sword Saint. He locks into the two Sword Users, and from that point, he releases his <Magic sense>. Only those who had reached Sword Master and Sage could feel his <Magic sense>, and coincidentally there are three of them in here, and one exceptional Assassin.
They all felt the <Magic sense> of Ein, ever since they unlocked their Powers they were able to grasp a fraction of his power.
‘Such dominance!’ Citrine could finally feel the grasp of his strength.
‘Who is he?’ Selena has the same thoughts as the three.
‘What a powerful Aura, you're already at a Sword Saint aren't you Ein?’ Amethyst is quickly able to grasp his strength.
‘That power, and his Magic… he's truly a Monster, is he even a Student?’ Nyx couldn't believe it, but she could not escape reality when she saw it firsthand.
‘Those two have already unlocked their Aura, and when did Citrine unlock her Aura?’ Ein pondered.
Selena’s eyes landed on Ein, a variable that wasn't supposed to exist in her past life. Citrine, or even Amethyst wouldn’t even approach anyone but somehow they are all attached to Ein.
