🌱 ~ Chapter 49 ~ 🌱

"Alright everybody, I've brought you guys a bag of supplies for your first heat together- oh! I assume you will spend it together right?" She asks, whispering after she interrupts herself.

We both giggle and nod, holding each others hands.

"Well, I've got you guys a-lot of condoms, which will fit around the alphas knot and but has a 1.3% chance of splitting, so I have prepared you a morning after pill just in case. I've also brought you some painkillers, as before your heat starts your stomach will be in pain from the shedding of the womb." She explains each product and purpose, holding each thing out of the bag before placing it back in.

"I think that should be all, do you have any questions?" She hands me the large brown paper bag which I hold tightly to my chest.

"Nope, I think we're all good." Damion answers happily, a massive grin on his face.

"Well then, I must be going to see my next patient, but feel free to stay here for a little while before you leave." She smiles warmly once again, sending a wink my way as she sways out the door.

Suddenly I'm being pulled down onto the bed as Damion grabs his hands around my waist and flops down.

"Let's have a quick rest and then head off okay baby? We'll head to the mall and get you some supplies for your first heat!" He hypes me up, trying to make me exited and less worried. I smile through the tight knot of worry in my tummy, cuddling up to his chest and falling asleep.

Time skip to the mall

Damion's POV

I holy my little pup up to my chest, tucking him under my chin with my hand cradling his bum and legs. His little hands grasp onto my shirt, holding it carefully as he looks around the shop. He points out a chubby finger, guiding me to the large pillows in the back of the small store. Theres large back pillows with longer sides which you can hold onto if needed, made of silky soft fur that feels like heaven to the touch.

"Do you want one of these?" I ask, retracting my hand from the pillow and allowing him to touch it.

"Yes daddy.." he whispers, hiding back into my shirt. I pluck the pillow from the large shelf and place it in the cart, filling up most of it.

"Let's get you some new plushies and some ice packs next baby. Then we can find snacks." I take him around to the other side of the store, explaining where I'm going so he doesn't feel ignored in his sensitive state. Omegas typically become clingy and anxious when they know a heat is coming, so it's only natural for my sweet baby to do so too.

"What plushies do you want baby? You can pick up to three." I smile as he lifts his head once again from my shirt and looks around, blinking softly at the plushies that sit infront of him. I place him down on the floor, caging him in with my legs so he doesn't fall or run off. He takes a while to decide, picking up and placing down different toys and plushies until he decides on a Miffy toy, a Totoro toy, and a flat frog plush. He struggles to put each stuffy in the cart, but I leave him to do it, not intervening until he asks for my help.

"Well done baby, such a strong boy, you put two of them in all by yourself!" I praise him as he twiddles his fingers, swaying side to side as he blushes.

"Let's go find some ice packs for when your tummy gets too hot." I scoop him up onto my hip and find some reusable packs in different shapes and colours. A yellow duck, a pink flower, and a blue cloud. I add them all to the basket and head over to the counter, paying for the supplies and placing them into bags before back into the cart again.

I place little Benji in the retractable seat in the cart, making him look at me in shock.

"What is it my little mate?" I lean down as we walk, nuzzling his nose as i smile.

He babbles nonsense, slapping his hands on the bar of the cart as he looks around the mall. However, he soon starts to whine as we head out to the parking lot, which is followed by a loud grumble coming from his tummy.

"Owh, you hungry baby?" I finish placing the supplies back in the trunk and pick him up by his armpits. He wraps his arms around my neck and nods, mouthing at my neck like im a baby teaser.

"You want your paci?" I ask and he nods again, opening his mouth wide as i pull it out of my pocket and remove the cap that keeps it clean. I pop it in and he immediately starts sucking, resting his head on my shoulder as we head back inside the mall and into the food court.

"The food here is amazing, what would you like to eat?" I kiss the top of his head, allowing him to know we have arrived and he needs to pay attention. He perks up, looking around before lisping out his answer.

"Pwul pworkh pwees!" He says excitedly.

"Alright honey, I'll get us some fries and Mac'n'Cheese to go with it." I say, growing hungry myself.
