ME, and fantasia walked to the office. she was rubbing my back telling me everything was gonna be fine. I love this girl, with everything in me.

when we got to the office she sat with me, so i laid my head on her shoulder and she began to rub my ear to soothe me.

"henson" the principal said looking around as he came out his office. i just hummed and got up.

"its gonna be fine. im gon stay right here" fantasia said and i nodded.

me and the principal walked into his office and i caught my dads eyes.

fuck, im done. he looked irritated

"sit" my dad said. he put his leg over the other and rubbed his face "so you just out here fucking up your future?"

"nah"

"taraji ill get up and punch you in yo shit, you out here beating bitches like you a nigga. you must wanna be treated like one to huh?"

"bra, she deserved it" my dad slapped me.

"get your shit out my house. your 18 figure it out." he walked out.

i was on the brink of tears, what the fuck?

the principal was at a loss of words.

"how long am i suspended?" i wiped the few tears that managed to escape

"just until next monday, we dont know if her parents are pressing charges. if they do you probably will be on probation"

"okay, can i go?" he nodded and i walked out.

when i walked out i was met with fantasia's eyes.

"you okay?" i just looked at her, my eyes were fulling with tears

she wrapped her arms around me. "its okay, my mom said i can leave with you"

we walked to her car and just sat in silence.

"do you wanna talk about it? what happened"

"my dad kicked me out and he slapped me" i whispered the last part hoping she didn't hear it

"he what?" she turned her head — "kicked me out and slapped me" she just rubbed my ear

"its okay, i love you. ill talk to my mom"

"i love you too, thank you mama"

"stop" i just laughed, she know she liked it.

FANTASIA'S HOUSE

we walked in the house, so i put my bookbag down making sure i put an alarm at 2:20 because i still have cheer practice today. its every monday, wednesday and friday.

"ok just go to my room, ima go talk to my mom" taraji nodded and walked to my room

"mommy" i walked to my mom's room

"yes baby" she opened her arms so we could cuddle. maybe her being pregnant is a good thing, she has never been so touchy with me.

"can taraji stay with us?" —- "what do you mean?"

"like for a while, her dad kicked her out because of nia"

"who is nia?" since her and her mom's relationship wasnt so close she didnt know lots of things. She broke down everything with nia and taraji leaving out a few parts just in case.

her mom was in shock, all of that happened?

"im sorry" her mom cried. fantasia was confused, why was she crying? maybe it was the baby hormones. definitely..

"for what mommy" she hugged her

"not being there so you could tell me all of this" fantasia just smiled, she's happy this conversation happened she was happy her and her mother's relationship was finally going somewhere.

"its okay you're here now right?" her mom nodded.

"she can stay here, i dont mind" fantasia was happy and kissed her mother cheek. "thank you mommy, i love you and my baby brother or sister"

fantasia rubbed her mom's stomach and left to go tell taraji the good news.

"tarajiii" she sung out

"yess?" taraji looked up from her phone.

"she said you can stayyy" she layed down next to taraji on her bed.

"really???" her face lit up. fantasia smiled and looked into taraji's eyes.

she was so pretty to fantasia, how could anybody treat her that way.

Taraji got closer and closer, their noses were touching, fantasia's breathing hitched.

Their lips touched.
