Somehow we ended up at his house, working longer than we should have.
"I should get going." Looking at my phone, I'd realize it was 10:30.
"Ah..it's late do you want me to drive you?" He'd ask, standing up.
"No, no..it's okay don't worry. I'll be fine" I'd smile as I packed my stuff. I just don't want you to see how I live.
"Are you sure? You could stay here if you want?" He'd grab my arm softly, his touch seeming to connect right away.
"It's okay..I'll see you tomorrow at school" I'd smile as I walked out, the moon shining upon the dark streets.
Waking up, I felt somehow refreshed and excited. I couldn't wait to see him. His blonde hair that seemed to make his eyes shine. His beautiful scent. Wait. What am I thinking?!
The air was brisk and it was a bit windy. Walking into class I noticed him sitting in his seat talking to a brown haired girl. Well, of course he wouldn't be waiting for you. Stupid.
Sitting down I heard a familiar but yet unfamiliar voice.
"Hey, Eli!" The voice and smell. It was him. He sat down next to me.
"Oh, hey Charles" I'd smile at him, putting down my stuff.
"Mind if I sit with you? Sometimes those people can get so annoying." He'd laugh as he leaned closer.
"Of course, I don't mind." What was I saying, everyone's eyes are gonna be on me. He ditched his friends for me. What if I get annoying?
"How are you?" He'd ask, snapping me back to reality.
"Well..alright." I'd say, a bit of shyness.
"Would you..like to hang out after class? I know a really good coffee place with tons of good sweets. If that's what you like that is-" His words slipped out of my ears. Hang out?
"But, we finished our project? You want to hang out with me?" It seemed harsher than I meant it to be. Great now he's gonna seem upset at you.
"Yeah I know..I enjoyed the time we spent last time so maybe I don't know..we can hang out as friends?" His eyes seemed to shine as I looked into them.
"Ah..well I would love to!" What is this feeling? Is this what having a friend is like?
"Cool!" He'd say as the lesson began.
I noticed during the lesson, he seemed to be confused. Struggling at that. It didn't seem like hard work, maybe I can ask?
As we walked, I noticed how everyone around stared. I mean I would too his beauty is like no other and he's super tall.
"Uhm..hey Charles" I'd begin. How do I even say this?
"Yeah, what's up?" His gaze went to me, seeming as if I was the only thing around.
"Uhm..I noticed in class you seemed a bit confused or trouble. Are you alright?" Looking up at him. His expression changed, his eyes went wide.
"Ah- no..I just uhm..let's talk about it inside.." He'd groan as he held the door open for me. Wait, he held the door open for me? Nobody has done something like that before. Maybe he does wanna be friends. As we sat, he started ordering drinks and little cakes.
"Wait- Charles..I don't have enough money for these things.." I'd say as I put the menu that was in his hands on the table.
"It's okay, don't worry. I'll pay for it." As he said that, something in me sparked. Pay for it? Nobodies ever done this before. Does he want something from me? Why?
