"Dear Harper Hansen," the girl sighed and did a slight eye roll before continuing

"I don't know how to start this fucking journal; I didn't even want to do in the first place but my mom insided that I should write my feelings in it before anything else happens to me."

Harper picked up her pencil from the paper she was writing on and stared at it. She didn't know what to write in this goddamn journal, who would?   "Ugh whatever," Harper groaned then threw the journal to the bean bag chair she had in her room.

The brunette got up from her bed and went over to the window to shut her blinds she left open the night before so no one would see her change; even though her room was facing the side towards the Murphys house next door. Shortly after she went over to her closet to get her cheer uniform she had to wear for tonight's game. Dark blue with sparkles, they should really change it up sometimes.

The room to her door swung open causing Harper to get startled, "Harps, can you take out the trash for me?" Andi, Harper's older sister, asked, standing in the doorway.

Harper, still trying to catch her breath holding the cheer uniform over her body so her older sister couldn't see anything, "No? It's your turn. You go do it," she replied. After realizing she was on a time crunch she continued to put her uniform on.

The shorter girl groaned, "Please, I'll do your chores for a week," Andi pleaded.

Harper cocked an eyebrow at her, "Tell me the reason why you want me to take it out for you and I'll do it," the brunette walked over to the girl motioning to her to zip the back up, which she did.

"I like to get to school early so I don't have time." Andi quickly said.

Harper sighed, "Real reason, Andi" she replied walking over to get her makeup bag.

"Asher is waiting outside for me and we were going to go get coffee before school, I also kinda forgot about it,"

The brunette hummed then  nodded at her, "Alright I'll do it, now go babes," Harper motioned towards the door.

A cheesy grin went across Andi's face, "Thank you!!" She giggled then shut the door behind her.

After Harper was interrupted from her morning routine she quickly brushed her hair and grabbed her makeup bag to head downstairs to find her other older sister Riley, who was most likely making breakfast for the family because the family's mom  apparently doesn't have 'time'.

Riley, even though she was the oldest sister, was the mom the Hansens never had. She makes them breakfast, makes them lunch if they ask, fixes their hair, takes them places, takes them shopping, whatever they need she'll do for them. Their mom never did that for the family, only Riley.

Harper quickly went down the stairs and did a sharp turn to the kitchen, she sat down at the bar and Evan handed her a bagel. Harper nodded at her twin and took it from him.

Riley turned around and handed them each 20 dollars, "Sorry for not making breakfast and lunch, use the 20 dollars for lunch today you two," the girl held out the bills and Harper shook her head.

The brunette furrowed her eyebrows "I'm not taking this, it's okay Ri," Harper muttered, pushing the dollar bill away from her. "I'll just eat at school,"

Evan slightly smiled and copied Harper's mannerisms, "Yeah sis, I agree with harp. We really don't need this we can just eat at school, besides it wouldn't be our first time," Evan rambled on, finishing with a slight chuckle

Riley clenched her jaw, "Take the damn money," she said in a very serious tone. Harper and Evan shared glances then quickly snatched the money from their older sister's hand;  scared what would happen next if they didn't. The trio slightly giggled at Riley.
