20. Eternal Vows

Aditi's Pov

We talked so much. So soo much. For one whole day. We went back to my house. And we went to the room and talked again for hours till we sleeped in each other's embrace.

Next morning

I opened my eyes and blinked it a few times.. I looked at Arjun to see him already looking at me with a soft smile.. "goodmorning Arjun" I mumbled softly. A gasp left my lips as he quickly kissed me.. he bit my lips and then backed off.. "your voice. I am addicted to it. The way you say my name sweetheart... It's like music to my ears." He groaned as if he just came.

I chuckled as his eyes widened and he looked at me... "Laugh. Please laugh all the time. Giggle and laugh loud. I want to hear it for the rest of my life" he said as I smiled and pecked his lips..

Arjun's Pov

I then got up as she whinnied. "Please sleep.. for five more minutes.. please" she pouted. I can't say no for this woman. I again cuddled her for ten more minutes and we got up. After eating breakfast I took a bath and it was time to leave..

I was buttoning my shirt as I saw Aditi peaking her head inside. "Aditi. I can see you" I muttered as she giggled and came in.. "You know what.. I got the job. In Zephyr Nexus" She said as my eyes widened. I quickly lifted her up a bit as hugged her. "Omg. Congratulations baby. I am so happy" I said as she giggled.

"Thank you. I will start going from January. There are still two months left. Tomorrow I will go and sign a three year contract with them" I ended as he hugged me tightly.

"Two months free huh..." He sounded different.. like serious... As if he was planning something.. he let me down and broke the hug.. his hand still on my waist.. his expressions were hard and very serious... He softly gulped.

"Aditi, I know we need to discuss this.. I need to discuss it right now. I don't know if it's the right time to discuss but I really need to know your point of view in this" he ended as I nodded..
"Well.. uh.. um.. do you.. like. Ah.... Fuck.. um.. like are you ok if..." He wasn't completing the sentence..

I had the idea of what he was going to say.. but I wanted him to say... "Say it." I said as he looked at me straight in the eyes... "Will you marry me?" He asked.. yes yes yes yes yess. A thousands of yes. Damn it. His expression suddenly turned not fear..

"I... Am sorry. I know it's too soon for you. You just finished your college. Forget it. We can stay together and then after you are comfortable with your work we can discuss it" he ended as I smiled..

"Ok. Thank you for your concern but yes. I want to get married. As soon as possible. Maybe next month?" I asked as his eyes widened. He looked at me shocked. "Y..you.." I cut him off with a kiss.. "yes. I will marry you Arjun" I ended and suddenly he kneeled down.

U looked at him confused as he took something from his pocket.. shut up! It was a small box.. he opened it! And a damn ring. I wanted to scream so loud. So soo loud. I shyly looked at him as he took the ring out.

my heart skipped a beat when he looked at me with full of love. I just wanted him to put the damn ring and kiss me but I even wanted to listen to what he has to say. The world around us seemed to blur as I focused on him, the man who had become the centre of my universe. I couldn't believe this was happening-this beautiful moment that I had only ever dreamed of. His eyes were filled with so much love, so much sincerity, that it made my breath catch in my throat.

"Aditi," he began, and the sound of my name on his lips sent a warm shiver down my spine. The depth of emotion in his voice brought tears to my eyes as I listened to him pour his heart out. Every word he spoke wrapped around me like a comforting embrace, and I felt my chest tighten with overwhelming emotion.
