Lucas Hart was your average 19 year old. Born and raised in Colorado, he worked a nine to five at a nearby retailer called "Talmart" when home from college. He had always felt as though his life was perfect for all things except one, he never felt special. Everyday he'd come home to the same old routine - eat, work, sleep, repeat. Despite having countless friends both at work and in college, he always felt as though his social ranking was towards the lower end of the spectrum. He imagined that most of his friends wouldn't consider him much more than an acquaintance.

One fateful night, on the way back from his shift at Talmart, Lucas was getting real tired behind the wheel. He had been up for roughly 28 hours at this point. Balancing his work life and social life sometimes took its toll on Lucas. He had been up all night hanging with his friends. He didn't realize they were going to be out so late, but by the time he did, the sun was beginning to rise. With only a few hours before his shift started, Lucas decided to pull an all nighter, and it appeared he was finally starting to pay the price. His eyes grew heavy as he began his 40 minute drive back home. Through the many, many backroads it became increasingly more difficult to stay awake. Eventually his eyes did turn against him and Lucas fell asleep behind the wheel. His car immediately flew off the main road and into the nearby woods. Crashing through bushes and branches his car finally came to a screeching halt after crashing into a tree.

Lucas' eyes finally opened. He quickly looked over at his now broken dash to see that it was 4am.
Where am I? Agh, what happened? Oh no, I fell asleep at the wheel again didn't I?
Lucas had gotten in trouble from doing this back when he first got his license, but at least that time he didn't total his car. After collecting his thoughts, Lucas tried to get out of the car. Thankfully his door was only mildly jammed. He was eventually able to kick the car door open with his brute force. Looking back at where his car came from, he couldn't see the road. Clearly he had managed to dodge quite a few trees before eventually crashing. Reaching in his pocket, Lucas tried to grab his phone to call for someone. As he pulled his phone out, he could see that it was ruined just as bad as his car was. He himself had a couple of bruises and cuts, but nothing super bad. He might have a concussion, but only time will tell. Unsure of what to do next, Lucas sat down on a nearby log.

After about 20 minutes of starring at the wreckage, Lucas began to hear a faint humming noise. Looking around, he got concerned. He was lost in the woods at 4am with no way to contact anyone. Whatever it was sounded as if it was getting closer. The humming began to get louder and louder until it became almost ear bleeding levels of loud. And all of the sudden it stopped. Lucas looked around in a panic.

Suddenly, a bright light emerged through the cracks of the trees from above. An almost heavenly looking glow that lit up Lucas' surroundings as if it were day time. He glanced up to see a massive machinery hovering above him.

"Hello?" Lucas cried out to the machinery.

There was no response, but the humming returned, now louder than ever! The machine began to open up in the middle revealing a glowing purple light. Lucas began to feel weightless as his body was dragged into the air. The machine was pulling him in! Terrified, Lucas tried to run away, but the pull was too strong. He was now fully in the air and barreling towards the UFO.
