Last he remembered, he was hurtling through space towards what he hoped was home. It had been a couple hours since he last used his escape pod to outrun the aliens, and it all seemed as if it were a dream. That was quickly dismissed when Lucas awoke as the pod began to violently shake. He was about to reach the ground, hopefully his own.

As the pod came to a screeching halt in the dirt, Lucas popped on out. Before him he saw exactly what he wanted, he had crashed just about 10 minutes from his own home! What were the odds!

After a short hike, he was finally at his humble abode. He marched right on up to his bedroom and tried to get some sleep. He was grateful his parents were gone on a short trip, otherwise he would have a TON of explaining to do.

As he tried to close his eyes, he couldn't help but think about what had happened. He massacred a bunch of aliens, he got kidnapped by aliens, aliens are real... The list went on. Lucas' mind finally came towards the gadgets he now had. He had kept three of them, all except for the blaster. However, one of them was still a mystery to him. He knew one could freeze time and the other could heal injuries, but what on earth does the remote do? Despite wanting to get some rest, Lucas couldn't help but imagine what crazy things were possible with this third device.

He couldn't take it anymore! He had to know. Lucas leaped out of bed to grab it off of his night stand. As he glanced down at the device, he swap a small screen switch on. A bright purple light began to scan his face. Afterwards, the device made a unique noise. Lucas sat there shocked as the screen now showed a 3d model of his body. It was almost as if the device knew everything about him! Slowly the weird symbols started to switch over to English. Could this thing tell he couldn't understand it prior? Lucas was flabbergasted at the technology the aliens had created. By the time the device had fully translated, there were plenty of buttons, the most eye catching ones being—Change, Swap, and Reset.

What on earth does this thing do?

Lucas sat there pondering which one to choose first. He eventually decided that "Swap" seemed the most interesting. As his finger pressed the button, he felt a slight shock. The device then brought up the words, "CHOOSE TARGET". Afterwards, there was a list that popped up, however, the only thing on the list was the small 3d rendering of Lucas. Confused, Lucas selected himself. He felt a much stronger shock as the words "INVALID TARGET AMOUNT"

Invalid target amount? What on earth does that mean? I guess I'll try out "Change" instead...
