Kuoh Academy
After giving Rogue and Gambit the whole supernatural discovery info, they agreed on Ashley's word of action as she and Kuzuri work together to gather more information about Rias and the supernatural. However, one thing is evident. Both Ashley and Kuzuri look at the door to see a tired Issei walk in, sitting down and resting his head on his desk.
Issei: ...
Kuzuri: 'Whatever Gremory did, he's suddenly feeling better...' *sniffs* 'Okay, that's a new one.'
Ashley: 'What do you mean?'
Kuzuri: 'He has the same scent Rias had... Along with Koneko too.'
Ashley: 'You mean she too is one of them?'
Kuzuri: 'Well, I'm not exactly sure WHAT they're are, but I knew for a while that she was different... Guess that applies with some of the students here too.'
Ashley: 'Let's keep our eyes peeled.'
He nods as the two continue to focus on their class assignment. After class, Issei went to his two friends as they claimed to have not seen Yuma at all and believe he was bluffing or going nuts. His mind drifts away as he looks up, noticing Rias looking at him as she walks down the stairs and passing by him.
As Rias was walking through the halls and passing by students, she notices Ashley next to Kuzuri. Since yesterday, Rias was in somewhat gratitude, but confusion on who Ashley and Kuzuri were.
Rias: 'Just what are you two?... You're unlike anything I've seen before.'
Ashley takes notice of Rias looking at her as she stands aside with Kuzuri, allowing her to pass. Rias walks by as she walks out of the school building.
Night - Twilight Park
Walking into the park as night was falling, Issei walks towards the fountain looking at his reflection to wonder if the memories he made with Yuma were nothing but a dream.
Issei: Yuma, I don't want to believe that it was just a dream...
Suddenly, a chill ran down his back as he looked behind him, seeing a man in a trench coat walking towards him.
Dohnaseek: Well, this is unfortunate. Here I am, running into someone like you...
As the man glared at him, Issei's jumps over the fountain, unaware of his newfound instincts.
Issei: 'Huh? I just meant to back up a little bit...'
Somewhere around the park, Gambit was taking a nightly walk until he noticed the sky change around him.
Gambit: C'est nouveau.
He looks pass the trees and sees Issei and the man in the trench coat, with a light spear. As the man manages to impale Issei through the back. This forces Gambit to draw his staff and run towards the scene.
Dohnaseek: It hurts, right? Light is like a deadly poison to your kind. I thought I had finished you off, but you're surprisingly tough. Don't worry, I'll put you out of your misery right now.
Right as the man was about to go for the kill, Gambit tosses his card in front of the man, exploding right in front of him and blasting him back a few feet. Weakened, Issei looks in front of him to see Gambit land in front of him, spinning his staff around.
Gambit: *laughs* Quelle surprise, mon ami. To think you'd stoop low into harming a kid... Black wings, huh?
Dohnaseek: Who are you? You don't seem to be the kid's master... Nor are you filled with magic.
