"You're joking, right?" Minho glared at his parents.

"don't look at us like that. And no we aren't joking. It's just a week it's not that bad." his mum said calmly.

Before Minho could open his mouth, his father gave him a glare enough to make him shut up.

"You don't understand.... I can't" Jisung panickly shook his head to his parents.

"Just put this pointless hatred away and stop being so childish" his father said while his mother nodded in agreement. Only if they knew how much those last words truly affected him....

Minho and Jisung stared at each other from a distance. They were both in the room they had to share for the week.

Neither wanted to be put together. It's not their fault that their parents have been best friends for ever since.

However it was their choice to hate each other so much.

Neither knew why they hated each other as much as they did. They both knew that deep inside it wasn't hatred but something else... Most likely... The opposite of hate...

But here they stand. Minho with a frown and Jisung fiddling with his fingers nervously.

Jisung's panic wasn't because him and Minho had to share the room for a week. But it was the fact that he had to share the room with someone. He would've hated it even if it was his parents or even best friend....

Because Jisung has a secret. Something he wouldn't dare tell anyone.

His coping mechanism is a bit different from others..... It's a coping mechanism that many think is weird. Therefore, why he hasn't told anyone. Being too scared to be judged.

He is an age regressor, a little.

His only time to be himself and let go of all his struggles and pain was when he was alone in his room.

But now.... Minho was there.

And he was mostly scared to involuntarily slip and Minho to see that side of him.

He was terrified. Deep inside he knew that Minho wouldn't judge him. He saw that the older had a soft spot for him despite all the 'hatred'.

"Don't say one word to me. No exceptions." Minho said firmly and then turned around going to the bathroom without another word or look.

Jisung resumed to unpacking his clothes quite relieved that he didn't have to speak to Minho.

"UGH how hard can it be to do something so simple." minho exclaimed loudly running his fingers through his hair, frustrated. Watching how Jisung tries picking a glass of water with shaky panicked hands, the cup nearly slipping out of his unstable grip.

Jisung's eyes widened, struggling to breathe. Minho's loud angry voice. How disappointed Jisung felt of himself. All the emotions adding up and the inability to slip for these two past days getting to his head. All adding up....and slowly starting to spill.
